I decided to give vinted a go to sell. I uploaded an item and got bought immediately. vinted app gave me a link to fill the information and send the item to the buyer. Even though I am living in the UK for almost 3 years now, Vinted app did not accept my nationality even though it was on the drop down list. Every time I select my country and click on proceed, a pop up message comes with "server error". I chose UK and clicked on proceed and accepted it. Now, I cant change it and I cant send item.

Easy to use, however number of emails I receive is absolutely ridiculous, there is no need to receive app notifications and emails about the same stuff twice that someone likes something I've listed for sale. Thats an annoying nonsense as what I suppose to do with that info? Oh and InPost delivery is often set as prime delivery, the problem is that InPost home deliverires requires from sellers to print label at home, who nowadays have printer? Hence I stopped listing things for sale.

Much excellent. 1. The search engine is what makes me use the app the most. 2. Sadly, clothes sold in the men category is mostly spammed by all kinds of unrelated hashtags. In women listings, I've never seen such things. 3. I wish I could see within the app where I picked the relay my order was shipped to, whether it's Vinted Go or a business. 4. Ah, a dark mode would be great (I know it can be hard to implement, but helps so many people).

It's fine as long as nothing goes wrong with your purchase. Shocking customer service when I bought some shoes advertised as a size 4, which arrived as size 3. Vinted told me I had to pay postage to get a refund despite the item issue being no fault of my own. I'm curious about what the 'buyer protection fee' covers, if not this, in this instance.

I love vinted, so easy and simple to use. Easy to buy, shipping dosent take long at all either. The fact you can ship it off using a digital label makes life alot easier too. I love the fact you can haggle prices aswell. My only problem would be the money bit. It takes a good while for the money to go into your vinted balance, let alone your actual bank account. But overall I'd defo reccomend this to somebody who wants to make a couple quid back off there old and unused clothes!

Dear mobile app developers, Could you please fix the problem with language switch? When I open the vinted app to start typing what I'm looking for in search and need to switch language it just kicks me out of the keyboard view. So to actually search for something I need to go to another app with text box, switch the language to English and return back to vinted. It is quite annoying. Would really appreciate if you prioritie this bug and fix it as soon as possible. It is reproducible in comms

Vinted give buyers options to choose shipping. Once the buyer has paid you can download a prepaid shipping label. However Vinted have an antequated system that doesn't pick up tracking even though you have proof of shipping. If they don't pick up your tracking they cancel the order leaving the buyer with the item and you out of pocket. The customer service is an abomination. If you want to sell use eBay. People on vinted also want to pay rock bottom prices.

I use to love this app, but now Paypal is no longer an option. It's absolutely incomprehensible that you stopped allowing payments with Paypal. The only "option" you give me is to pay with a credit card. Not even a debit card, just a credit card. I can't imagine that every user on this app even has a credit card. I would suggest either fixing whatever issue you have with Paypal or allowing for other standard payment methods. This is ridiculous.

this app is horrible, i dont check my emails often and everytime i sell something, I dont get any type of notification on my phone, just an email a few days later when the sale is about to expire. my notifications are on for the app and i feel like it should be a minimum that you get a notification when youve sold something. so I had to cancel the previous few orders because of this and I now end up with AUTOMATIC NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!!!

I love shopping on vinted for low cost items and for environmental reasons. I think the fee is a bit of a con because there isn't any protection when you receive an item that's not as described because you lose out on the cost of postage to receive it and to return it. Definitely not worth the cost or effort to return items.

It started so well, then things got more frustrating. Useless customer service and arbitrary policies see you lose money as their "buyer protection", which you pay for as an additional fee on top of your purchase, fails to cover things like free return postage or discounts on items when the seller is at fault. As a seller, beware when selling heavier items as Vinted fail to provide postage labels for the appropriate weight even when you've selected the correct size when listing the item.

Selling. Easy to use. Easy to add photos. Was a bit daunted by all the postage options available and have decided not to use Royal Mail niw as you cant print a label. The £3.49 didn't cover the cost of the 2nd class postage for my item, which weighed less than 600g! Otherwise, I will continue to sell some more bits on here. Hopefully, I'll make some space and a few pounds! Have a go, its great!

Great app. Have been using it for years to sell and buy which has found me some great deals. Only problems I've had is app is constantly in French despite complaining about this. Also I complained that I was sold a counterfeit product and I couldn't get past the automated computer to actually talk to a human being. What's more annoying is the because its counterfeit it doesn't even fit so I can't even use it or get my money back!!

Exceptionally easy to post items for selling. Search function for buying works really good too. Kind of disappointing you can't list single items as bundles also to increase chances of selling, possibly a function to set a bundle price but also individual prices for the items in the bundle may work well. Also when looking through a sellers wardrobe there is no option to filter by size which is really frustrating when some sellers have thousands of items all different sizes and ages,

So much easier! I love the fact that nobody gets paid unless both parties are happy. I also love that as a seller I don't have to worry about paying for the postage as the customer does that. Also love that newbies get £0 shipping fee for a short while and you can choose to pick up or get it delivered to your address.

Great concept and much better than things like eBay, etc. Cheaper. The app itself is good but sometimes glitches. Also, when an item is sold, a notification comes through, but the item still remains in your favourites even though it has been sold. Would be nice if when clicking on the notification for a sold item that it either removes from favourites automatically or sends you to the item to remove. Other than that, no issues and happy with Vinted overall.

Got scammed for a lot of money. Got empty boxes. Support is asking me to return the items and will get refunded if seller agrees later. Makes no sense. Support only sends templates and don't even acknowledge our problems. I'm sure I will be returning the item and still not be refunded. Never ever did I had such a bad customer support. It's the most frustrating thing to not be heard and asked to do things that make no sense. It's a scammers paradise in this app.

Horrible to use as a buyer! As this app is made for sellers! The buyer has to pay the fees for a sellers listing, so resellers run rampant. If you're after a refund, you are responsible for paying the postage even if you, the buyer, are not at fault. Partial refunds are not an option, only full refund (with return) or no refund, so you end up out of pocket either way If you want to contact Vinted themselves. Don't bother! They don't care! They won't even read your messages properly.
