Little Wanderer
They have made it IMPOSSIBLE to delete your account. Even if you try, they'll send you an email that will not actually work to delete your account or personal information. They had a support email you could contact but immediately after I got a support response, they closed it down so now all you get are automated responses saying "this mailbox is no longer in service." Even trying to use customer service has not helped. Do not trust them with your information.

Shein definitely changes prices at check out, it's False advertisement. Out of a 20 item cart, 18 of those items changed from mark down prices to original price at check out. If I could upload screenshots I would. The difference can very from $2-15 per item.

The clothes were really great and I decided to order about 100$ worth. I expected it to come around 10 days. It hasn't. It's been 14 days. The worst part is the delivery tracking says it will arrive 4 days ago. Which makes no sense. At least if there is a delay keep track of it. They gave me 500 points as compensation but idk if these will ever arrive and I feel it should be like 500 hundred points for every week that it's late. Or a partial or full refund. Overall be careful when ordering.

There's a lot of coktent and it's sometimes a bit hard to navigate - there's a lot on the screen and the images of the clothes are quite small. Overall a bit messy but works well and orders are easy to do.

Customer service is awful. Ordered some stuff and it was supposed to arrive 3 days ago. I told them but all they tell me it's still under "shipped " status . Despite me telling them it's past the time frame of delivery. AND, the shipper of the products telling me that the package was undeliverable despite the fact they always deliver to my house. Until I get proper help this will stay a 1 star. This is ridiculous.

Shein had exactly what I was looking for at a great price. But there is a lack of communication. Orders are not confirmed anywhere ither than their app. Order delivery dates are missed with cague warehouse distribution narratives. Orders that are late, my order is really late, do not have explanations or new dates for delivery. Extremely disappointing.

OK so I ordered 2 things a blinker set and a headlight both rechargeable and the blinkers have a wireless remote. Well the headlight works just fine however the blinkers does not work at all just the tail light works and the remote also does not work. So I have tried to request a return and refund and I am not able to get a response. Very bad for business and it's not OK.

I used to rate this at five stars until they decided to start removing things that benefit people with less money. PayPal's split (one time) payment for example, some people actually need to be able to use two cards for a purchase but no longer can thanks to SheIn. Not to mention they've locked most coupon codes to above 10 bucks and also to "a few select items", taken away the daily gift thing and ultimately seem to be taking anything that actually helps people out of the site entirely.

Mostly great! Waiting on delivery's from other country's has been frustrating. One order was delivered to another state, not my own. I've reported this, but wasn't contacted. I happened to see the delivery address on the tracking Information. It wasn't mine. The only reply was written to me.... re-order the product, & pay for it again! Does this go against my account?

Shein is terrific site, offering an exceptional range of products and clothing no other site offers. Their clothing selection is wide and varied, and I find outfits never seen in catalogues. While I have been ordering from this site for years, all my orders have been correct and arrived in perfect condition. Based on their outstanding performance, I will continue to use it.

You cant filter to search clothes by size, which I find extremely stupid if you are having a site for people to choose clothing. People do not have the time to search every option if there is available size for them. And for that reason, I give 1 star. Very poor work. Update: you can't even edit your review after posting which is extremely frustrating because you have to delete it and write everything again. Since copying, is also not allowed. I mean, these are basic functions for a site..

Very good app, such cute clothes. I ordered something and It's been stuck on something for a few days. And I get notifications that say shipping update. But when I go on the app, it is back to what it's been stuck on for the past few days. What it's been stuck on is "in transit, depart ship ptnr site usps awaits item"

I love shein for cute clothes and junk I don't need that makes me happy. THE MAJOR ISSUE is it never redirects to Paypal. I can't choose a payment method, it defaults to whatever it wants. I WAS trying to save up on Paypal, but it took out $22 from the wrong payment source because there's no option. Just checkout and bam! Your order is complete.

It's not awful, don't get me wrong. Affordable items and such are great. But the rewards and games are all scams. They don't allow you to win anything high of value. No matter how many times you do it, you won't get a high value reward. I have done it over and over again to test it, but nothing. The app is good, but don't expect rewards for the games.

As a person who likes to save money for important stuff this app really let's you do that instead of buying one pair 50€ pants in the store on here I was able to buy 3 and they all we're great!!! Everyday I get a coupon and a free spin where I can get even more coupons, I'm able to collect points which are literally money 100=1€ which is frickin amazing!! Not only that also little games where I was able to win money even tho I wasn't able to win the big price I was able to save up! 10/10

Definitely a great app just remember glass products and some stuff should be bought in stores not online. Make sure to fully read the description of an item before purchasing. I've lost count of how many comments were on how everything in the photo wasn't sent. 🤦‍♀️ just be smart. Lol. The clothes are great make sure to look at the person's brand or whatever before you add to your cart. Ps there's no limit to however much you can add to cart or wishlist. P.p.s watch out for drop shipping.

So I had to relog in and they gave me a coupon for 40% OFF on an orfer over $9.90 then I log in best I got was 2 off an order ar 20% off a $120 order. Seriously shein?? You used to have such good coupons. Now you're the same price as every other place. Temu is gonna sink your business. When you had raggedy clothes you discounted them nicely. Now that it's wearable material that won't fall apart after 2 washes you do this?? Deleting the app. I've had it for about 3 years. SCAM.

Nice clothes, but the app is slow, and games are scams. Every time I'm close to winning the game, it takes me back to start over even though I have days ahead to complete the game. Every time I go back to the game, it is another issue, like they never go to let me win. I win 2 prices in another app with no issues. I keep saying this is a scam to make you buy items
