This app is a scam. Don't trust it. It is a huge hit or miss with these sellers. Yes, you may recieve some of your items, however, sellers will send you disturbing items that is nothing like what you ordered or you just won't recieve your item at all. Trying to dispute it is useless, don't count on getting your money back. Also, be cautious b/c in order to file a dispute the app wants access to your audio. Now why on earth would they need that???? There are other apps more reliable don't waste y

Haven't had any issues yet, aside from a bit lot of tiny cheap items coming all together in a super thin bag. Everything was in good condition, but still. Waiting on lots more stuff, so might adjust later, but so far love the selection and prices. Actually, that's almost a bad thing, it can be TOO easy to spend money...

Astonishingly, it is impossible to turn off promotional push notifications without disabling them all using the options on the phone. Now I have only enabled notifications for current orders, it was hard because those options are poorly accessible, but I still receive ads once or twice a day. I will uninstall the app until I buy something from the web again.

The app is pretty good and it's easy and fun to get caught up in the infinite scroll once you start browsing. One thing that could be improved are the in-app notifications: It might be a Chinese thing where privacy concerns are not on top of the list but regardless of user settings, you'll still get bombarded with targeted ads and promo messages. Also, false friends seem to arise quite frequently, where i.e. you'll start searching for tools & hardware and then end up looking at sex toys.

Good stuff at decent prices shipping is much quicker than I've even seen it before. The avenue of goods received internationally has vastly improved. App and site can at times be glitchy and frustrating. Tend to lose gifts due to this anomaly. All in all worth while. 4 stars is a fair complement to the business that's saved me quite a bit of my folding money.

The worst customer service! Ph numbers don't work, 24/customer service is a joke, and after the transaction, I only received a payment confirmation from PayPal, but none from Aliexpress, not even a tracking update. I'll stick with TEMU. You can call them anytime, refunds are super easy, and most of the time, you can request it to be just put back in the TEMU credit, which takes 3 minutes. Many times, it's not worth it to TEMU to return the item, so you keep or throw it away. EASY!!

App is very stable. It is not the most responsive to your search terms, it seams to take your search and use it as a suggestion. It also chooses what stores show up in the search, some of the better stores ro not show up and you need to look at the list of similar items at the bottom of an item to see the better stores. If you save something to a favorite it is not quick or easy to see your list, it is kind of hidden.

Watch out for false prices. I placed an order for an item which was a good price. Seller never shipped item. Got my money back. But then notices the price had doubled so they didn't want to sell it to me at the original price. Ordered the same item from someone else and it's happening again. Cheap stuff is fine. Expensive stuff, be careful for gouging.

I live in the UK. Since Brexit, items are much more expensive. Most items are similarly priced as in the UK or even MORE EXPENSIVE! NOT a bargain place to shop anymore -also you have to pay tax(vat). eBay is cheaper or roughly similarly priced plus delivery is quicker. SHAME. App itself is easy to navigate through. Used to rate 5STARS now 3.

App is requesting out dated permissions to save images. It has photo and video access etc but keeps requesting storage acess which isnt a thing in new versions of android. I love AliExpress but the search use to be much more accurate. Now the search is all but random. It seems to have been don on purpose, but it makes shopping harder. I spend more time searching in the app and less time buying. Give us back the old accurate search. 🤬

This app needs a lot of work and needs to be more truthful about the prices. Too often selecting an item which seems like its at a good price takes you to a page where its far more expensive. The app is also riddled with click-bait for 'Coins' which pretend to have a value, but are infact almost WORTHLESS, as you cannot spend them, there are no voucher exchange options, and very limited options for there use on over-price items which can be bought cheaper from the same site. Be very careful !

App works and all orders have arrived as expected. Search engine is awful, items have descriptions and names completely different from language we would use. It's frustrating trying to find anything. Once you find something close, your best bet is to click on it and scroll down, similar items will appear. Continue in this fashion till you hopefully find what your looking for. Even using the words they name the parts with is no guarantee you'll get what your looking for. Huge overall needed.

One very unfortunate experience. The items from and they arrived damaged. The seller requested the items to be sent back and put me on somewhat of a deadline (I had a few days to do it). I arrived to the USPS to mail the items since the seller promised to refund me for the mailing costs. Spoiler alert: it never happened. Mailing costs were around $50. Frustrating experience. Wish there was something I could do to get my money back.

This app makes it hard to sort items, and has tiny images of the product you select making it hard to actually know until again clicking elsewhere to see large images in your cart. Needs to be a more responsive design. Prices listed are hardly ever your final cost. Annoying. There is no option to only show you costs with shipping added in. When following ads from emails to the ap the prices are always higher. The rating system is set up to pay people with points so it's totally irrelevant.

This is one of my favourite store apps, good variety of products and sellers, easy buying process. Mostly good expirience with sellers. Many promotional emails within inner box came in, but I never read them. Algorithm is somehow weird if I search for the different item for husband or children, recently searched items pops out. eg yarn types pop up, when I need to buy fishing hooks, choise of the category don't help in this case, only time.

Terrible search engine, can't specifically search for an item and will always pick similar or any of the words, for an example ”phone tripod remote" will show a phone+tripod but not remote. Can't sort results by price and shipping costs. People selling items manipulate the results by selling few items for high price and one for low, with lower price item, which will show the combined on top of the list if sorted by price.

It is very good, but has some serious downsides. Seems that most sellers publish not their own item photos, and so you can receive something that looks entirely different. Usually you can get refunds, but not always, and that is seriously bad. The color shades are wrong almost always, and it's just frustrating. Another big downside is all the plastic of deliveries. Yet overall a real important app, offering such a huge variety.

A varied app, it doesn't work the same way as the web pages. Some links don't work, especially when called from emails. Tiny thumbnails make it difficult to work out what is being sold, descriptions poor or missing. Prices are usually for the cheapest item, so a circuit board seems to be 50p but that is for a cable, not the board. Aliexpress arbitrarily closes your order, even if it hasn't been delivered and isn't even in the country.
