If you want to find things at a cheap cost, be prepared to get things of cheap quality. Some of the descriptions and photos are deceiving, make sure to read the descriptions, check sizes, just because the title says BIG or LARGE, doesn't mean it is. Things made of plastic are cheap and break easily. Some things were good and worth the price, but many weren't. Don't trust the farm or fish game, you can never win/waste of time, at first you make progress quickly but that ends quickly.

It's a hit or miss with clothes. I highly recommend you read reviews and if not a lot of love item most likely you might want to go with something else no matter how nice photos looks. However this company has the most amazing deals on misc items. Returns was easy, they provided a label but not sure if this is a one time offer for the FREE return due to message I received when returning. Will have to wait for next returns as I'm certain with clothes there will be more.

I have yet to purchase an item that I could not give a 5-star review. As for navigating the app, it is so very easy. Finding items is as simple as typing what you are looking for into the search bar. Choices are many. They guarantee their delivery times with a $5.00 credit to your account should delivery run late-no matter the circumstance - and they never fail to follow through on this guarantee. I highly recommend the Temu app to anyone looking for great quality, customer service, and prices.

I am really pleased with the quality of all the items I purchased as well as the fit. They are right in line with their sizing guide, the colors are vibrant and the selection offered is amazing. The items were received when they said they would and packaged nicely. I have no problem reccomending that anyone who hates to go shopping like I do try some of their products.

it sure would be much more fun if the games aren't slowed down when you get towards the end making it hard to win free stuff. Every single week I lose out and have to do everything all over again. Im limited on funds but have gotten what I've purchased never actually won anything. As soon as I get close to the end the dollar amounts change to cents and the time it takes to clear a round resets. Please make it to where it is much easier to win. when there is just so little to finish the games .

I'm pretty sure this apps sales tactics are illegal. The app told me I was getting 48% off, but the price never changed. Then, it is taken to another screen that says 100$ off if you spend 20$, and again, the price never changes. The reason I know it never changed is because I had my friend put the same item in his cart without any deals/discounts and at checkout, our total was the same.

When I first downloaded and used the app, I was amazed at the prices. I am now addicted to shopping Temu. And boy do I shop! As time has gone on and my new customer status has worn off, the prices have become more predictable; (still great, mind you, just not quite as mind boggling). There is still a lot of really slammin' sales all the time to choose from, and the selection of items is intense! The items ship fast and I've never had a problem.

Could it be more misleading and time-consuming waste? "Free" gift.....right after you buy 7 other items, jump through hoops, and try to figure out what to click next. Wait, the demanding hand will let you know. Oh, and don't forget to spin the wheel that somehow always wins you more items at 100% off!.....right after you buy 7 more. The constant invites are enough to make the app drive you crazy. No thank you

Don't waste your time. This app is a joke. I downloaded it because it advertised free items, only to discover you had to pay for 7 items to get 3 free. That wasn't the problem. The problem was that I was adding items to the cart, and then I couldn't remove an item I decided against. I tried several times. I even contacted their Facebook since I couldn't find another way to contact temu. I went back into the app then it forgot about all the items and discount it was *saving* for 24 hrs. No help.

There are app updates literally every day, and it would be great if you let people know what was updated, changed, etc. for transparency. Streamlining an app to run faster with better features I'm all for, but making it bloated and slow, I'd rather just use a browser. When selecting something as a gift, it would be great if I could actually read what it is instead of relying on a picture and it automatically selecting as if I'm choosing it.

If it was simply another shopping app, that would be fine. But the "rewards" and "games" that they offer seem nothing but empty promises. It seems to lead you on like a carrot on a stick, goals infinitely approaching 100% but seemingly inventing new decimal places to keep it just out of reach. I've worked at a carnival, and at least those games seemed to "award prizes" more straightforwardly than Temu does.

The items are a hit and a miss, definitely pay attention to the reviews. I Have had a couple of items of clothes that came to me ripped. The games that they offer to get free items is ridiculous, like farmland and the fishing game... at first it's easy to get points, then it crawls like a snail to get points you need to finish. They want you to spam your friends to get more points, but that barely helps you get your free items.

There are a ton of great deals on here. Beware of the promo games, they always find a way to make sure you stay just under what you need so you don't get your rewards. Also, double check the actual price of items. A lot of times the discounted price is the same price you would pay on other sites. Definitely does have some items though that are just phenomenal deals. Orders show up within a week and quite suprisingly you can get some really great quality stuff.

The merchandise isn't all bad, but the constant notifications for "deals" is a real pain, and the games for coupons, free gifts, and cash credits, are virtually unwinnable, unless you can get 100's of people to subscribe and download the app, or spend tons of money. They make the games seem easy to win but the closer you get to winning the more impossible they make it. If you want to buy cheap things it's ok, but don't get tricked on the "free" stuff.

there are some good deals to be had shopping here. shipping is free. lots of text messages amd ads and emails but good prices. shipping is a little slow compared to Amazon but it's free and they give credits if it's layer than expected. the games for free items slow as you get closer to winning. but If you refer new users you can get rewards and free items.

Be VERY careful what you order. A lot of the pictures and measurements are deceiving and the quality of most of the items are either not what they say they are or inferior. They also may be damaged by the time you get them and they're definitely not like Amazon, it takes a while to get your items and the tracking is ALWAYS inaccurate. I've been disappointed SEVERAL times. You DEFINITELY get what you pay for with A LOT of the items.

Great prices and good quality on most items! Can even win free items by playing their games! The biggest downside is shipping takes a while and the clothing is not always cut in a way that flatters the figure. Also, it's hard to find specific items as the relevance search doesn't do a good job grouping items of relevance and showing them first. I sometimes spend way too much time looking through stuff I don't want or need to see, trying to find what I'm looking for.

This app is great! The prices are unbeatable, especially in the clearance section. However, be prepared to go crazy buying everything you see! You can get stuff for as low $0.97! Most things are pretty reasonable, especially if you get it discounted. My complaint is that when it arrives, there is no discription of each item, unless there's something in the item's box. And, there is no packing slip! However you can see on the app, the discription of what was in the shipped package. App = 👍
