Useless... looking for supermarket or fountains without proper results. Force you to have ON gps, wifi and bluetooth at the same time... for what?!

Worst navigation I've ever seen, doesn't work at all. And dark color theme makes it completely unusable.

Waaaaaayyy too many notifications, and no way to turn them off. I install it when I need it, then uninstall it minutes later to avoid being spammed.

The app is showing to turn on location even though it's already on and the app has perms to access location... And sometimes other problems and stuff... Sometimes working sometimes not...

Rubbish up, doesn't work properly and doesn't navigate you anywhere. And the mall sucks too. Way too big especially when the app isn't working properly

The directory does not work on android, it will show 0 result unless i spelled the store correctly. I cannot see the full list of the restaurants and shops. Soooo bad. Please fix it

This is ia very annoying. Just show us the floor plan and where the shop is. And the nearest parking. The navigation is useless and annoying.

Best and easy app to explore Dubai mall. I highly recommend to all the visitors and residence in Dubai. What a great app I wish I can give more than 5 star. Great effort to the team who give their best to make it for us .

Hello.. Unable to Link Emirate Skywards Account with Dubai Mall App.. Worse Customer Care Service experienced.. Pass 4months since I wrote many email about my complaint until today, they are unable to solve the problem.. Only 1 Reply am getting still working on it. we will let you know. It sounds like they don't have ID department or Guy to handle or he is not that capable to solve such issues...

I don't want to download but it's automatically appear.i don't want to have this app I don't think it necessary for me.But thank you Dubai mall wifi is very friendly easy to access but sometimes a bit slow connection.And the parking is too difficult as they open at 10.I believe who ever work here are spending daily than the people who just come and just window shopping causing traffic.They should be fare as the people who work here need to be prioritize specially like me as a pregnant.&I spend .

Map navigation is bad. Took me the long way around to get to lower ground from 2nd floor and still showing me to the parking lot instead of a restaurant.

After the latest update it's no longer scanning the receipts saying they are too long (even for the short ones). No matter what you try - get the same error. Pls fix.

One on the most fine Mall App I have ever use. This app is a fine quality app for Dubai Mall, you don't have to worry for either any outlet information or have to worry about location. It also gives a very fine offline mode information also. 5 star from my side 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The ideal Mall app ever. Fully functional and useful for your next mall visit. I like the rewards program where you can earn skywards miles just by scanning your receipt.

They reject uploaded receipts without any reason. The supposed options being: date isn't clear (why don't you zoom in) the uploaded image is a scan (it's not. It was taken from in app camera) uninstalled it. Not worth the effort
