Bunch of scammers when it was time for payment they added shipping fees expensive shipping fees although it was saying free shipping in the beginning

Worst experience ever as they delivered me a coutch & it got only two months & broke & they promised to fix it within two weeks as they have a guarantee warranty for a year & now it has been a month & yet not fixed till now & they are trying to give me my money back as a voucher by 6480 i told them to deduct the shipping & give me the rest of my money back but they keep refusing to give me my money back

The worst customers with bad materials , bad storage , headach through communications , teams works as an isolated islands , if you ask for refund , you will suffer till get your money back, you have to get voucher for reordering the bad goods, and you loss any promotion codes opportunity as another way of punishment.. Only two times I order meeting table and after my follow up 3 to 4 weeks of Order they return with unacceptable excuses, which gave me impressions either they lack quality assurance on their suppliers or use the money for a period of time and increases the figure of sales. Take care of your orders

UI & UX needs so much improvements, the app has many bugs as you added payment with VF and it says something went wrong and coupon code has technical issues too. Very bad experience

The worst experience ever lying from the first order informing that the air condition will be installed the same day of delivery they don't have a phone number only dumb mails with auto replies , unprofessional customer service informing fake dates and third party doesn't care about the customer at all I received the air condition Friday after 100 calls and mails was installed Wednesday while jumia and souq install on delivery. Will uninstall the app and will never deal with them again.
