nice app, but why is "include out of stock" always on? every search includes out of stock items. i disable it, and the next search shows out of stock items. why would i want to see items i cant purchase?

I am tired of needing to do this stupid mobile phone login. Give a typical user name and password for GOD sake. Why did you make the Pharmacy it's own app. Now I'm supposed to have 2 apps for acme on my phone. I do save some money in the deals but acme is a bit more expensive than some of the others. And I'm am fed up with the price tags. 1. You need to make the identifying info larger. ex. size or weight, flavors etc. 2. Put the correct items with the price tags. Always more money than I saw.

This app has been horrible. I've stopped shopping in Acme due to being unable to use the discounts. Today physically in Acme it kept telling me the product wasn't available & to find one similar when the product was physically in my cart in the store. It emptied my cart in the app numerous times. After 30+ minutes, in the store & 10 products in my cart & still none in the app cart, I gave up, put everything back on the shelves & walked out disappointed again. Pickup didn't work so in store.

5.18.2023 App is now geared to shop at home/delivery. If you actually make a list and visit the store this app is now useless. 9.2.2022 With the latest version, manually entered items to My List are not transferred via copy or E-mail when preparing my shopping list. 3.24.23 My List has disappeared to be replaced by 2 ”lists" that differ. I think you have failed to miss the point of planning a shopping trip. TOTAL FAIL

Thanks, I hate it. No idea how to sign in. It just says my email address is already in use. That's because it's mine, and I'd like to use it. I especially enjoy how when you click on the option to sign in, it sends you into an infinite loop of showing you a button that says "Sign up." Click on that button, so you can click on the login link, then get returned to this blue button. Now I can't access my medications. It just calls me "Valued Customer," and I'm having a hard time believing it.

Since the most recent update I am unable to check items off my list as I go through the store. When I check an item it disappears for a second and then just reappears in the same spot on the list. It does not move down to the bottom under checked items any more. Please fix!

My favorite thing is the 4 for $19.99 deals. You can stock your freezer with a variety of meat including: ham steaks, pork (loins, chops, and ribs), chicken breast, steak, sausages, etc. I wish they had ample stock of sale items. Often, items requested for delivery are out of stock.

Didn't receive 2 of my orders... their representatives lie about refunds. They keep playing games with me about when I'll be refunded. .. I reported that my orders were missing on the 4th of September and on the 6th. They keep giving me the run around. Hopefully this company doesn't last much longer

constantly updating and the deals are not even that good. I only gave it a second star because occasionally there is a freebie every couple months or so.

Pharmacy section does not work. The only reason I downloaded this app. It's asking me to make an account, I set it up, enter all the info... then it takes me back to the beginning...

This app has not worked for me since they did away with the standalone pharmacy app. When choosing pharmacy the app instantly stops. I have updated and sent feedback every update since end of June 2023.

Terrible!!!! Can't get past the Zip Code part of the app. I was hoping to log in to get coupons and see what the app offers but I can't even get in.

sale items are great but other items can be very expensive. sorry but shoprite will always be my #1 go to store ,there just isn't a shoprite near my home.

This app needs to offer better replacement item suggestions. I am unable to get what I want every time it offers a substitution, it always offers something slightly different or of lesser quantity or quality. The suggestions need to be more similar to the original item. For example, 1 package of tomatos could not possibly substitute a 4-pack.

app is extremely glitchy. pretty sure they're buying fake 5 star reviews. constantly crashes, the app slows down my phone even when im not using it. horrible

I mostly buy produce , I like their produce for the most part. The rewards program is great for premium members, I buy as much organic as I can and get discounts on all of it.

Can't even get into the app. You get to the store locater and it says service is not available in this ZIP code, I have 3 separate acme's within a 15min drive of me. Even when I put the stores ZIP code in it says the same thing. Not to mention you can't even create an account on there website, it just redirects you to the beginning right when your about to finish set up. Not worth the hassle, I'll just shop elsewhere.

Contacted them Sep 22 as per their reply: Oct 6 and Oct 23 still haven't gotten a reply. Every Friday or Saturday, I want to mark the ads in my app. But now it's a regular thing where it makes me relog in, but then when I log in, it says they're having technical difficulties.
