So much work to earn $1 - literally. The claims process is tedious and only about 50% of my purchases were credited. It's a great idea but bad execution!!

This app sucks sorry I have to use the card to get a balance from merchant why does it not automatically up date balance on the right hand top corner? This way you can see if you need to reload card 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Egift card purchase, couldn't read full text on two buttons : "Buy my..." and "Send to.." so I had to guess what they meant.

I like the option of having so many stores on the page. You can choose which one you want and you logged on just like you would on any other site. I have not experienced any problems.

I love this app and it is easy to use. But since the recent update, I have been trying to submit a claim for missing money and keep getting kicked out. Up until very recently, I would have given it 5 stars.

I have tried multiple times to shop through the app to provide funding to my son's team, and when I click on the online shopping links they regularly say web page not available, so I have missed out on a lot of purchases

Every time I try to create a team and get started, the app crashes. I've tried for several days, I've removed and then re-downloaded the app and it still doesn't work.

The app makes you re-login fully after every app update. Seems nuts, I don't believe I've ever seen another app that does this. Basically makes me not bother using FlipGive at all and I'm our Team Captain!
