Terrible return policy (only have 3 days AND have to pay shipping) app has problems with showing size mesurments and retrun policy. items are mid at best

The app is literally useless. Both the website and the app are slow (I use the mobile site), but the app is EVEN SLOWER. As of recent I can't even open the app, because it closes. IMMEDIATELY. I thought I could find nice lolita clothing for myself, but apparently not.
