I downloaded this app today & I've had an awful experience with it. Anything I add to my basket dissappears plus the wish list button is inactive & says error when you try to add something to it. This app just does not work. It's pointless having the app when you can't use it.

This app is so annoying! Looking at items in my wishlist is the worst. Once I tap on an item that I want to look at in detail on my wishlist, I can't go back and view the rest of the items. In order to see the whole wishlist, I have to come out of the app and start all over again. Ridiculous! Been like this for years - sort it out!!

Very disappointed with functionality of the app. I purchase regularly and look for new items quite often but it's becoming difficult to enjoy the app or wanting to buy anything because it has bugs that need to be fixed to keep current and new customers. First problem- can't remove item from wish list, even pressing x multiple times Second - app works very slow, and sometimes just freeze

If you leave your basket unchecked out, it'll empty itself. Really inconvenient. I'll go back to using the website.

I would give them zero stars if I could. The most unprofessional and uncooperative staff. They lost my parcel and have been of zero help in replacing or refunding the amount to me. I have contacted customer care 8 times in the last 10 days and I am almost fed-up. Pathetic is not the word for their service. Please get your products from more reliable sources. I just lost not only money but also my valuable time chasing them down. Highly disappointed, I feel scammed.

when in you basket & you may pinput something in error, it is very difficult to remove. There is a delete utton which you had to press numerous times quickly. Not a nice app to navigate

Worst app ever! Very slow, takes a long time to do anything meaningful. I downloaded it because of the discount but I can't even use it. Keeps telling me payment wasn't processed even after trying several visa cards. I have always used the website and it works very fine, but now the the prices of products on the website are higher than on the app. It is very frustrating

It used to work ok. Very slow to process any amendments to the basket, but still eventually working. Now it logged me out, and I cannot log back in. It's frozen on the login screen. It also crashes. I like the experience of the app and the possibility to check the weekly offers, but the freeze and crash is super annoying. Please fix.
