It is a terrible app.... I tried twice to get the discount card without success. To find your birth date you have to go through all the years, it is not a shortcut to do it. It takes too long to show error in the end of the process.

The app is kind of cool, but it needs some updates, and better designs. i mean when you compare the store to the app. its unbelievable, because the store is one of the best in the Kingdom. But the app is Not really, and that's what I mean. I hope the apps gets fixed.

Why do you keep posting items that are not available either in store or online? It's a waste of time browsing your application. You keep listing an items that says "online exclusive" but there is no option to add to cart and then to check out!!!. It's totally rubbish.

what is this seriously!!! find a better programmers to program your app properly!! search isn't working, take a looooooong time to load pages and sometimes the app doesn't load at all. This app is just a frustrating experience for your customers that will make them look for other stores instead.

App isn't working correctly since update. Trying to log in and it gives me error code. Finally logged into website. It won't save cart and while I'm adding to cart will not update and save. Added more than 10 items and then my cart says empty! How to place an order now? Both website and app aren't working!!!

There was a time when anything above 200 riyals from Jerir bookstore was free delivery charge, now everything charges delivery charge, couldn't be satisfied with that.

They became soooooo bad at delivering items since they contracted with ESNAD (the worst of the worst).. which led to cancel my delivery after 25 days knowing that they withdraw the full price including tax the second I made the order.. all what they got as a come back is "we apologize" words will not compensate the delay and the cost of hours and hours of charged calls I made on daily bases to follow up on my purchased items.

Very bad app ☹️ always makes my phone hanging out. I have to restart it with every time I use it. Please, try to improve it. It's too slow to scroll down and stops working in a few seconds.

Overall, the app is good. It serves its purpose and is useful in a pinch, however, it is quite slow and searching for products directly can be a pain as the search feature is very limited in how general you can be in your search. Other than that, solid app!

The app has gone from bad to worst. Before, it was slow and would take years to navigate into pages but with the latest update (blazing fast), the app crashes before even launching.

One of the worst applications I had to deal with. I have been trying to complete a simple darn purchase for SEVEN TIMES. People on Twitter always complain about the app as well. I don't mind buying the item that I want from Souk even if it costs 40 SR more and takes one more week to be delivered. Absolutely disgusting. Worst regards, Someone who have had it

The application is crashing all the time and I'm not able to open it now, it keeps telling there is an error, restart the app, but never work when restarted. Jarir discount card is not accepted, it keeps telling that the email is invalid. Please fix this ASAP

I swear to God, this is such a crappy app,like ffs man it's so slow, laggy and choppy. This is the only app that makes my phone hang up when I open it. And then I have to wait for it to crash. Jarir needs to really focus on it's app for Android. I own an iPhone 7 and the apps works fine on it, but on my s20 it lags?

The new update basically made the app open the Jarir website, which is terribly bad and slow. Everything from browsing to ordering is so sluggish now that you're better of using any other shopping app. Whoever thought that the new update is 'Blazing FAST' has never used the Jarir website because it's slower than snails. Changing the language to English only changes the bottom row of menus while everything else stays in Arabic. Thank you for ruining the app.
