One of the worst online shopping app. Don't have any standard for sizes. I didn't have option to give 0 or -ve unfortunately. First I bought trousers of size 36 - the one I received were like 46+. They don't exchange so I've to return - paying the shipment. Instead of paying me back they put in wallet to purchase something else. Then I liked 1 garment and ordered. I ordered large and what I received was like "small" or teen ager size. Please please request to all of u don't waste your time. Poor

As I checked the reviews on your app, you seem to give attention here more than you should in the customer service. I ordered a pair of slides and what I got is both for right foot! Now i have initiated the refund and it is saying i will get only the value of the item. How about the shipping fee? The mistake was from your side why shouldn't i get a full refund?? UPDATE: I did as what you said and until now I didnt get my shipping fee back!!!

Their products are very nice. I love them! But i'm so disappointed right now when i got my white dress coz there's a lot of purple stain all over the dress. I badly need this dress for an upcoming event this week. I asked for a replacement but the customer service agent said that it will take 5-7 days for the delivery! If they check the dress properly before packing it, this wouldn't happen at all!

PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THEM!! This is the worst experience I've had ever. Please please I am putting out and advising everyone to be carefull. The customer care ends the conversations between whatsapp chats and there is no number to reach to them from UAE. I have gotten no product and my money is also stuck with them since a month now, with no help in cancellation, they will just raise new tickets. They will ask to mail, but it is all tactics to delay. They have been the worst shopping experience

I ordered from styli for the first time on 1st November 2021. I still havent got my order. They never tried to reach me. The update shows delivered. Upon checking they have delivered it to my MAID. I DONT HAVE A MAID. The service is bad. I wont order from here again. No updates on return or finding out where this was delivered so far.

I have not received my refund for 2 dresses, and there is no positive reply from styli. Now, I have to assume the amount is lost. No use in sending messages/mail. They keep on sending the templates to you. Such a pathetic service, never experienced something like this in UAE. They don't have customer care to make a call also. Don't buy and return. You won't get the refund. Shop with the landmark group, that's the best option. If anyone knows how to get refund from styli, please help ASAP.

I have one experience with this application and it was very good. The delivery came two days after making my order which is super fast and nice. I had to return the items for size issue and I followed the instructions mentioned in the application and dropped them off in SMSA shipping office, two days after the drop off my money was fully refunded with zero hustle. Worst customer service I have encountered! I have filed a return/refund request last Dec 18. Missed ONE CALL from Aramex, and never had progress on my return since then! I have contacted Styli whatsapp support 3 times, was told Aramex will pick up the item every single follow up! On the third follow up they want me to drop the items off to the nearest branch as advised by Styli themselves. Never going to buy another thing from them after this!

The quality of the clothing and the variety of clothing and different styles are great, I even recieved the clothing I bought in a short time and the prices are good too but I'm disappointed in the lack of plus size or curvy fashion and the larger sizes run-out. Overall, it was hard for me to buy something in my size which made me write this review and giving the app a 3/5.
