Never using this again It took a full month for me to receive my order and when it arrived it was missing an item. I had to pay for the delivery twice which coasted me more than the items cost.

Great deals and products and prices, but poor app. Unable to add perks. Unable to change password. Duplicates orders. When you contact customer services they make out the duplicate order was your fault. This needs an urgent update to sort out these issues. Maybe 2 step verification should also be added because I've heard that their passwords aren't safe.

The scrolling function in the app is a bit glitchy and doesn't show all of the products in the category.

Pretty smooth experience, I did have to reload the most recent sale section twice or thrice because filtering out brands caused there to be nothing to display even though the brands selected were in stock and showing up via a direct search bar prompt. Also would be nice to be able to edit addresses instead of just adding new ones.

Love the app but would like products to say they are sold out without having to click on them. Swiping pics was effort too. Great app though, love the layout and products reviews and descriptions etc. Edit: App now says if product is sold out whilst scrolling and works better too. Reviews and editors picks are great. So much to choose from. Only quality brands. Orders are always dealt with impeccable efficiency. Love this app. A little too much €€

App is ok. The website is easier though. I find the app easy to navigate however I find that it lags sometimes, especially if I have a few items in my cart. The other issue I have is that it asks me to log in every time I use the app. I only use apps because of the convenience of not having to log in every time and this one ruins that for me.

SCAM Well, it's officially been 4 months since my lost package and no news, no solution, not even answering my emails. I'm pretty sure they blocked me, because I don't even get t The app consumes massive data. The main problem is the actual service! Lost package for four months now, emails and all, no response. I have seen this has happened to many customers (check their social media for comments), so honestly what's the point of developing an app if the sales service is a fraud.

The app won't scroll past a certain point and can be frustrating. Aside from that, it is good, just a shame that this makes it amost unusable and has lead to me missing out on items as I either can't see them, or it takes so long to navigate, that the items sell out.

I love Beauty Bay everything alwaysarrives on time and I've never had a problem with the app. However since the new update I am unable to see my 'liked' products as the app just closes. I have closed the app on my background and re opened the app but the same things happen. Can someone tell me if they are having the same problems or if its just me.

Very good and reliable online retailer. Always super happy with my purchases. The points system and redeemable perks are good too. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is sometimes the app doesn't run too well, stating its not connected or having long load times, not loading the products list properly etc. This isn't a constant issue, just happens sometimes.

I'm am finding a problem when scrolling through a brands products that after about half of the list the pictures are not loading, and also that there are multiples of the same product for different shades which I don't find makes navigation of the search page as user friendly as it used to be.. Apart from these issues I love beauty bay and will continue to be an avid customer 😍😍

Great app, easy to find different brands, Great loyalty program easy to build up points. Really good own brand makeup the eyeshadow pallets are super pigmented, and basically no fall out. For a really great price. The only thing I would say is the app can at time be a bit slow and not load the pictures or reviews, although I've only had this problem a couple of times, but reading the reviews this happens to others quite alot. Apart from that really good easy app to use.

The app was working fine a few weeks ago but now when I open it all I get is a blank screen. I have restarted my phone and uninstall/reinstalled the app multiple times. It's a shame because the website experience is great and I was hoping that I would get a similar or better experience from the app. I hope the issue gets resolved soon.

The app is great for navigating and finding products. The only issue is that sometimes the item images you click on or are scrolling past do not load. A key part of buying makeup and skincare is seeing it, so that needs to be sorted. Otherwise, great app unless you are trying to save money....

Sometime difficult to navigate, it used to be simpler to use and then after an update, can't remember when, the use of the app doesn't flow as well as it used to. Like there is no main homepage on the app, you have to kind of know what you are looking for rather than just being able to browse. In a way that is a good feature as you are saving money because there isn't so much impulse buying but the push notifications are very effective at getting me on the app and looking at things 🙈

Great shop but app is awful. Lovely products that I would love to purchase but 60% of the pictures NEVER load and the ones that do won't load once you click on them so you can only ever see a tiny picture of the item. Since it's been updated that seems to happen less frequently but now it cuts out my music whenever I open the app for some inexplicable reason.

SCAM. Absolutely disgusting!!! They boast tracked delivery but I didnt receive my package and they're refusing to provide a refund or replacement and ignoring most of my emails, the WORST customer support I have ever used. AVOID!
