just having short sizes available in jeans is an A+. Also offering low rise waist. 😁 picked online order up in store and was able to try on immediately and request a size swap. new order was delivered to home in 3 days.

Impossible to add more than one same item. If you want 3 shirts different color it keeps just updating the color instead of adding. Frustrating

I love Hollister, they always have some kind of discount and they have so many different jean styles to choose from, all the Hollister jeans I've bought have actually lasted years...this is the only place I'm actually obsessed with when it comes to searching for jeans, specially bootcut!

Terrible interface experience. Many bugs, nothing fixed. It does not allow me to save items in the bag if I have selected the size so I have to go back, then press the item again, then "save in the bag" and then select the size (this is the only way it will be saved in the bag). Another issue: when in the checkout payment, it gets horribly stuck when you want to select 'another payment method'. I have to get out of the app and open again. This happens all. the. time. I mean not much difference between app & online, but I think you get extra loyalty points if you use the app, other than that I'd be just as happy shopping with them on their website.

Worked fine a few months ago. Now it won't even let me add items to my bag. It just stays on the loading icon whenever I try to add something. App is fully updated as well.
