Can't log in and unable to change password. It takes 24 hours for Customer Service to send a link.

Terrible. Not just the app but also the website. Tried ordering on mobile, laptop and in app. Cant put international zipcodes for shipping, keeps giving me errors and cant put an address in my profile. Also 75% of the times the discounts dont work and wants me to pay the full price.

So So. Placed an order and never got a confirmation e-mail. The items I ordered are still in my cart. Forever 21 did however bill my credit card and my bank paid them. Well it's now about a week later, received the order but still the items remain in my cart and never received a confirmation e-mail. Did write an e-mail to the app developer but I guess they don't really care as the e-mail was returned saying that I'm not authorized to use that e-mail account.

Promotion texts are sent and after choosing items and trying to apply the code it says it's invalid. This happened twice today with two different codes

The app won't even open! Deleted it and reinstalled, and it still won't open. I've deleted it!

Cannot buy from the app, because even though it allows you to choose EU as a shipping address, it doesn't let you add the letters into the postal code for The Netherlands. Otherwise, works much better than the website aside from a few minor issues.

Using the app was overall okay but it literally won't save my card. The browser works but it won't show up in the app for some reason, an error just occurs everytime I submit my card. Don't you want my money?? 😭 My cards are completely eligible they just won't save!

Keeps emptying your shopping card all the time. And logs you out when you try to place your order and when you try to log back in its says wrong password even tough it is the right one. When you then try to change it and you write the new one twice it says it doesn't match time after time. Terrible app.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE I ordered some things and returned them in store, I specifically told them store credit was fine and they stated it had to be returned to the original payment method. Hours later I receive an email stating that I may not receive my refund for up to an ENTIRE BILLING CYCLE. What kinda refund takes a MONTH to post? Never again.

I absolutely love the store, but this app is very glitchy. It takes forever to load. Scrolling is difficult because of the loading. Even simply just adding something to your wish list by liking/hearting it can take a while. Sometimes hitting the back button crashes the app completely.

This app did not accept my Forver21 gift cards with enough money in them. But they immediately took it out of my bank debit card. So I canceled my debit card acct at Forever 21.

BEWARE....don't get carried away by th eir discounts and order from their website. My package which shows as 'DELIVERED' by their courier service 'FEDEX' has been MISSING. But there is a mysterious fake picture which shows a tiny corner of the package posted . And FEDEX has done nothing despite all my efforts to enquire about the lost package. Apparently this picture was received by many who has lost their package by Fedex. So please think twice before you make any purchases from this site.

Doesn't go more than 2 mins without crashing. If you edit your cart, expect the app to crash. If you shop and scroll expect the app to crash.

If i could, i would put 0 stars. Doesn't let me purchase at the end when placing an order. App, website, and desktop are having the same problem not letting me purchase items. Changed my card 12 times they sent back only 10 transactions, forever21 keeping 2 transactions, and I haven't got a single item. Order numbers I have for them don't even work even though it said "thank you for your order" and displaying an order number.

I recently made a purchase, and the app wouldn't let me choose which shipping I wanted because of a glitch. I made my purchase because I didn't want to lose the items I liked and called 4ever21. I was told, even though my purchase was still pending, they refuse to modify my order to allow me to pay for shipping. They said they can only cancel my order. I then asked if my order can be canceled and then repurchased over the phone. Nope! So, they would rather lose money than change policy.

I loved the app so much. But this new update that changed the layout and order tracking list. I HATE it so much. I was really fine with the last layout. Easy to manage. This new CHANGE...I wish I could have the option to use the old or "basic" version of the app.

The Forever 21 app is my favorite, go-to shopping experience! As someone who's ultimately too tired to drive around shopping for new clothes after work, this provides an easy and relatively cheap alternative! They're constantly updating clothing options to match what's in-store, plus offer a variety of sales on jewelry and other accessories to compliment any outfit. Definitely would recommend to working teens with a budget!
