Hi All the products in your online retail stores are good but there are some flaws in your price list which is not available in our international currency. Thank you for looking into this.

Terrible first time buyer experience. Was interested in an item for 2 weeks at a certain price, decided to finally buy it along with another item for the heck of it, and had that first desired item cancelled the day after purchase. When I contacted support, I was told it was a logistics issue, yet the same item was still on sale for $20 more than I had purchased it for. Not intending to buy again soon unless your "logistics issues" can be sorted out.

The app works good. No problems found. Cheap deals with lots of promotions and coupons. Alright delivery so far. Decent pictures of the products. The only problem is that ones you have a damaged product/parcel they will wiesel their way out of refunding you or resend the item. Even if you buy the optional shipping insurance. All you get is some points discounted on your next order. Dealing with the second customer service rep. Already. No luck. Just use amazon or ebay, much better customer service.

I use this app since 4 yrs. But after Covid period shipping is a major issue in India. Two times I did not recieve my products within this period. Further review on 22/08/23 After watching a video on Youtube I knew yesterday that the shipping to India has been restarted. Its very happy moment for me. Thanks Banggood.

Not used it much but so far good, although I see a lot to be developed like ease in filtering while category is selected, detailed description both short and long, while scrolling one should get filter products and also recommend product relating to the one chosen should also be given

Do NOT buy from this company. I paid $80 for a helicopter that broke within 15 minutes and they refused to replace it. They tried to give me points towards the purchase of the parts that broke. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Dont download its a waste The slashing is the worst feature I've invited countless friends and I've checked the app various times and it doesn't count and then I tried on a siblings device it never counted which is just shocking and now I've missed out on a phone. plus, "LIVE Chat" is just a waste, and all they say is the same, and the same thing BOTS DID. 1/5 horrid, and when I gave my email to support, now one mailed me at all. Return process is very bad I purchase spot welding machine. I get incomplete machine it's one copper lag was not present. I requested for refund than they refund only $3 instead of $14.79.

This app could be absolutely fantastic if only their logistical nightmares didn't occur n they provide better customer support Ive had orders take 3 months to arrive n others not even arrive n to get a replacement or a refund was nigh on impossible,many vendors on here n prices alter 4 same items ,look wisely purchase carefully n the tracking also I have to say worst of any app but if U do receive Ur goods on. Impressed, so far. Edit as of 9/21/23Sadly, and not sure of affiliation. But promised service based on my expectations and theonly reason I initially agreed was because of the promise to deliver what I asked for. As the locking period was (I'm sure purposefully) shorter than the time to develop my "personalized" web store. Instead, (and if there really was anything of note other than adding my name at top of the page, I sure didn't see anything different) the exact same Temu store.
