It was a great app, and its been very rare that I have been disappointed in my items, and delivery has always been quicker than most other apps like this. Over the past few weeks though, there has been a lot of changes to the items that are being sold, with the majority of items in my wish list and that regularly purchase being removed. If this is the way forward, I really do think that there needs to be some way that you can communicate directly to sellers.

Well, I can't review the actual goods as this is my first order and it will be a while before the item(s) arrive. However, my review of the actual app and the shopping experience is very good. Everything worked as it was meant to, I wasn't left hanging or waiting for the app to respond. It was totally smooth and flawless with a very good user interface and thus a great shopper experience. 5 stars!

Good shopping experience. Good customer service. Delivery time needs to improve. Security and safety of goods to Delivery point is great 👍🏿. And rewards to customers improved.

Pricing is still great here where other apps have increased pricing. Shipping is often included in price. Would love to see an app that can discount shipping for multiple items. Search on this is very poor. I'm finding what I want but by sheer accident. They need to greatly improve the search feature.

Hoffiric exerience. Their logistics company is unable to make my delivery (I live on a main road so there's no reason they'd no be able to find it). The customer service doesn't help in the slightest. They provide numbers that cost you per minute to ring. They send you links that you can't copy and paste. 3 days after my deliver was supposed to happen - I still don't have it and no way of collecting it or getting it delivered. Useless app and likely a scam. Would not recommend.

had this app was okay first week then on the 6th August 2023 all branded stock disappeared and as of 14th oct 2023 still no branded stock keep getting told ots an update what for 2 mths dont think so

The app looks great. The choice is fantastic..... HOWEVER. In the months I've had it, I first made 2 purchases. Both were in stock when I ordered. Both then after a couple of weeks, refunded me saying no stock. I then ordered 2 football shirts. Both with badges missing. I claimed on the second one. I was refunded 30% and told to get 50% more into the Saramart account, I had to cut it up and send photos. However they refused to refund into my PayPal. Highly illegal I would guess. Con shop.

The app is fantastic but the communication is zero. I want to return a pair of trainers for a larger size or a refund, but through 'contact us' only get the same automated response that ends in 'thank you for your understanding'. I think if you order something and you're unhappy with it you have to like it or lump it. Costly for the app user though!!!!!
