I was going to order a black long sleeve top but the price is ridiculous for a long sleeve t-shirt nearly £11 plus shipping ? Lots of reviews regarding sizes too ,you have to order one or two sizes up , why can't they just produce the correct sizing for the UK ? They must lose thousands of customers because of their bizarre sizing. I can get the same thing on Amazon or eBay for £6 free shipping, rip off!!

Started slow and grew up in quality and service. Lately have become one of the worst selling websites I've ever come across. Update on 2/10/23 As if it wasn't bad enough now you get the notification popup each time you touch the screen. If I wanted to activate notifications I can do it by myself don't need someone to keep pushing me to it. Not impressed with this site.

Wish app would not revert back to top of product Search after looking at selected items... painful! So, a year on and using the app has improved during search and purchase but is utterly infuriating when trying to use tracking or messaging. App gives error messages even when the system works ok. System is set up much the same as AliExpress but unlike its competitor it's not as effective or as user friendly. Lots of issues still to improve upon.

The website does not work on PC, I can only get though using the app. It just never loads. Shipping costs are super high, but you can find some great items. If they can do something about the shipping cost, I would buy alot more stuff. I do not like having to return items because the buyer pays shipping which can be alot, sometimes not even worth shipping it back.

Super affordable, huge selection, quality products. Clothing seems to run a little small. Some functions of the app dont make sense (to me), like they may have too many useless options or it's not obvious what it's for. Aside from that this site is awesome for nice nfl gear if you can patiently wait a few weeks to a month. It's worth the wait!

This app keeps shutting down. I will be in the middle of shopping, or ordering items and the app will crash, then I have to start all over! It constantly does this, and it's extremely frustrating! I end up just closing the app and looking through other apps. I know they have lost a lot of business from me, and I'm sure other people have gone elsewhere as well.

I purchased some Air More Uptempo's (Blue base W/ White lettering) when they came, I noticed the white the stripe that connects the letters to the sole was 1" off to the right. this is noticeable when you look for more than 3 second's. In a world where you're trying to make a duplicate, it needs to be to the tee. disappointed in this sale! i have a pair of 12's and a pair of 11's on the way, hopefully these will meet the standards one should expect.

Order and account update. After making several purchases I upgraded the score. Some items may take a while to arrive but I have not had an issue where I did not receive my items. Overall most items are of amazing quality. Occasionally there is a bad seller where the items are of poor quality but that is definitely the exception and not the rule. Would rate 5 stars if there were a better way to dispute poor quality items. Overall a great site!

The app is good and I notice they are making it better every time, but there's definitely room for improvement. Wish it was more organize and clean, there is way too many random sellers and it makes buying a product some what of a pain. A lot more people would buy for sure if the experience was more smooth.

App crashes constantly. In the middle of chatting with the customer service the will crash. This makes you go through the whole process over. The reps only have a 2 minute waiting period for responses, so if your app crashes & it's been more than 2 min you'd have to start the chat over. This app crashes while looking at items. It crashes while ordering. It crashes if you blink! Fix it.

This app is very difficult to use, it is a very glitchy app. When going through your choices to order the app malfunctions and takes you back out to where you started, at the category options. It's very hard to get through this app to complete your shopping experience. This app is just totally useless now with the so called bug fixes also the search engine is trash nothing comes up that you request. This app needs to come down and be rebuilt and relaunched because this one does not work.

App is slow and has tons of places to click around. Some options for use are buried in the app. If you are in a seller's store, there's no way to get back to the homes screen without backing out a few times. The search function is the worst part. You can literally type in the exact description of an item that you are looking at and it won't return in the search results. There used to be a lot of cheap items but ALL the prices have gone up exponentially over the last year.

I like the special prices offered to app users. The app itself crashes constantly, to the point to where I end up only ordering off my computer.....making the app prices futile. The search feature is awful. It doesn't work correctly at all. It's a shame, because I'd shop from here a lot more if it weren't so time consuming.

Has anybody else experienced consistent issues with this app glitching and/or malfunctioning? I have, and it's very frustrating because the sales platform of DHgate is hands-down stellar and the general layout and (when it achieves it) functionality of the app are very pleasant. If not for the fact that at random but frequent intervals the entire screen goes blank white and unresponsive for several seconds at a time and then, when the app begins to process again, it automatically backpages...

The app itself is average. It obviously wasn't optimized for the english language. As for the actual company, it's like a Chinese version of Amazon except instead of getting your items in 2 days it's more like 3-4 weeks. It's a good place to get cheap knock off versions of popular products. I've made about 10 purchases so far and about half of them actually show up so definitely lower your expectations when it comes to reliability. The good news is that every missing item has been refunded.

Great experience with seller. The app can be a little difficult. Ads slow down your search. And your search will almost always include items that have nothing to do with what you're looking for... But, after navigating thru the ads and sifting thru the useless results, I have found a supplier that I enjoy working with. They respond quickly and thoroughly to my questions, they ship exactly what they promised and it is always high quality. The only disappointment is transit time.

Good app for buying on DHgate. Easy to navigate after a bit of use. All the features you need are there and easy to access. The one star off is for 2 small things. The search feature has no fuzzy search capability so it can cause you to not find things at times. Also, adding items to a list for saving isn't always easy to do as it could be. This is a negative mainly due to the huge selection of things to buy. All in all a better way to shop than with just your browser.

The app is a little quirky. It doesn't rotate to landscape mode for tablet, and there's no way to search in store of a particular seller, which means if the store has massive inventory available for import, you have to scroll infinitely to try and find other products from that seller. Sometimes when messaging, it will give you an error that the message isn't sent, when you click on it, it sends, but on reopening messages you find it sent your message twice. Other than that, it's a great service!
