Since this month the app doesn't keep you logged in and you need an sms code to log in...just give me a password if you want me to log in all the time instead of sending an sms that only works 50% of the time...or allow us to stay signed in!

Migros ist a great place to buy your food, but At least can you make the language option available, it's not possible when you're a foreigner and cannot understand the Turkish language. Please be more understanding.

Been using Migros Sanal Market for near two years, due to back and shoulder issues...can't carry over loaded bags anymore. Never had a problem of missing items....if they could not provide something they would call me and offer another item. Delivery people are very polite and friendly. Thank you, YOU ARE THE BEST-- I give you two thumbs up 👍👍

application quite good but I wont give more than 2 stars unless the developers allow disabling the notifications about discounts and stuff. At least 2-3 notifications per day is quite frustrating.

It is terrible. I ordered a food and paid, and suddenly the "migros yemek" menu disappeared and there were nothing in "my orders". I couldn't get my money back. No customer service at all!

Good app, but there is no English language. Me as being a foreigner is difficult using it in local language. Im regularly shopping from Migros Kirkareli and would be handy to check the prices before crossing the border.

They did not deliver my groceries even though the app showed it delivered. Customer service doesn't get you anywhere, you keep filing the complaint but the store doesn't get back to you.

just spent at least 30 minute picking items. proceeded to pick delivery time but i couldn't because the delivery options were not there? i guess they don't deliver to my area? why did you let me pick stuff and waste my time then?

No debit card option? Do u think all of us students are rich and can get by with credit cards! And u guys even removed the "on-site payment"! What are we supposed to do? Large number of your customers will be lost because of this foul play right here. I have one star to just write this, u guys don't even deserve this!

Unable to select address. Choosing an address on the map, then you still have to enter it manually. But even after entering the address manually, still nothing works. An error is displayed. "Bir hata olustu"

Perfect application and helpful in this times. I couldn't find a place to feedback so writing here, when you select the date it show as if you selected yesterday in the app, but in the sms it's correct.

if you want to pay your bill to Sanal Market of MIGROS by your DEBIT CARD as I prefer; Their (POS DEVICES) ARE EITHER TOO OLD OR THEIR CONNECTIONS ARE TOO SLOW. This last time no matter how !many times I've tried, the (****) did not appear on the old looking device's screen. I HAD TO SHARE MY (PIN) WITH THE POLITE DELIVERYMAN WHEN HE ASKED & THEY IMMEDIATELY APPEARED AS HE PRESSED THE BUTTONS. I was so sure I did it the right way! It upsets me to see these very old machines in their hands! Pls?

I got problem at payment page. Android 9 and newer versions have problems with some pages if there is a video based advertisement or smth and now Sanal Market payment page doesn't work cause of it. It immediately close when it tries to open sms code entry page :( pls fix that page, remove video based advertisements. I ordered from another phone :(

Just perfect as an app and the service.

They delivered the products i ordered..but there were things missing. They charged me for the things that are missing. I emailed them 3x..no one emailed me back. I find it ironic that they reply to complaints on this app. but a regular customer that spends 1000s..they dont email back.
