I really like this app. Everything is really good quality for the price. The reason it's a 4 star instead of 5 is because in the beginning the app didn't take my card so I had to go on the web if I wanted to order something. Also having a little problem with order tracking. I have to go to the web to see where my stuff is but everything arrives on time which is nice.

Really good app with a nice variety of clothes. I've been using it for a year and have bought quite a lot of clothes. Main downside is that the sizes are sometimes different to what the description says, and it's pretty hard to find petite clothes too. One suggestion is that fabric type is added to the filter option - it would be so much more efficient.

I'm really disappointed! I'v been ordering from this app for years and it was perfect but recently I have no idea what's the damn is going on!! The app is getting more confusing; it deletes the orders randomly, changes the prices randomly, makes so much errors while paying, shipping fees are confusing ... and so so many problems. I don't recommend using this app..! I myself will look for another alternatives!

I really enjoy shopping from here, everything Ive bought has been good quality at a fair price. The only thing I have a problem with is when I go to place my order; it always come back stating "error your order wasn't received" but I does go through and sometimes it alurts my bank as if it was theft. There is some discount issues to but I always seem to figure it out by refreshing the app and clearing out the discount. Hopefully these errors can be resolved:) good luck and bless be.

There's a lot of pretty clothes!! I've tried to buy so many things while they were on sale , but everytime I tried to pay it just couldn't load any further. Later on throughout the night and following day I tried buying it but NOPE. And ofc eventually prices got way higher so I couldn't afford buying it all anymore anyways. Disappointing.

The worst app ever! The prices are changing in a silly way! Happened many times when I add a product to my basket the price for the item itself change, I'm not talking about the shipping cost but the item itself, I added a dress worth £35 when I wanted to check out the price changed to £90 + free shipping that doesn't make sense at all

Magnificent! I love this app, good quality and very reasonable prices, also shipping very fast! Wonderful customer service! When you order, it does say error, but the order has been placed, don't order again, or you'll have 2 orders. Edit: they fixed that bug that kept saying error, so now it's normal. But it has an option to make a favorites list, but it actually doesn't let you make one.

The app recently keeps giving error messages no matter what I do I cannot add items to my basket. Also as other people mentioned, the search bar does not give relevant results to the keyword you are searching. I type "hoodie" and it shows me "boots". The search bar works completely fine in their Turkish version I dont know why there are so many errors on the English app. You are one of the biggest modest wear brands in the world. Please invest on it and fix this.

Everything else is great, products are good quality, however ordering process is frustrating as the prices change (in my experience increase) when they go in my basket. So the price I think I'm buying at when I'm bagging the items is different to what I'm having to pay at checkout. Other than that great, and customer service in my past experience has been good too.

All Items I got from this site are amazing, fit perfectly and of really great quality. The shipping speed is unbelievable! The only weird thing that is happening now. Is that if I'm trying to repurchase same item again I found it out of stock, but when I change the country, I find it available which is very frustrating. May you please help to solve this issue??

I have been using the app for more than a year and made many orders for me and suggested if for my friends and family members. Lately the quality of the products went so bad, the product differ from the photos than reality. So much editing to the photos to show it good ın the application, I was shocked by the last products I bought even the colors are different so much. I received some products without even make the final touch and cutting the extra threads as it's made by beginners.

Have ordered from them twice and all the items that I bought are all in correct size as per their size guide, materials are all good quality and fast delivery service. Though the filter is not in proper order when you select from low to high, still able to find the best offer price if you keep on browsing. However I wanted to leave a review in each item that I ordered but I can't find any leave a review option. So far my overall shopping experience was good 👍

Very bad I want to return item cuz of the small size they want me to go post office and put there and they make the refund amount less also how bad ... all other websites online when i want to change or return items they send person to my door to collect it not like you I really upset and I will never buy any other item from your web 😔

this review is for modanisa itself (app is good): First: prices in general are unbelievable.. you can buy from them only on sale. Second: they dont post your comment if it is negative and talks about their fault (i ordered several items, one of them arrived expired.. honestly 3 days left for expiry date!!).. i wrote comment on that item talking about this, they never post it.. Third: No measurement chart for clothing & No enough description for items (esp. in beauty section= not at all) BAD exp

Very disappointing. The app, unlike the website does not allow you to sort items from low to high prices. Halfway down the page, it switches to 'editor's picks' which are at least twice the price of items I was looking at. Sorry, but I'm far more likely to purchase something in my price range than be duped into buying something that's being shoved in my face that I can't afford! Consumers aren't as stupid as you take us to be!
