My order took entirely too long to arrive for me to get a shoe that was slapped together. There's glue everywhere, no foam insole, my laces have gold tips the pic is all black. In the pic the whole entire shoes is fuzzy and mine looks like left overs.

Stupid support. All stupid guys are on the support, they don't understand English well and you never get your problem solved. The horrible support I have ever met. Shipping charge is too high and sometimes it never delivered if you choose standard delivery method.

Horrendous, they are thieves!! I ordered two swimsuits and they stated it would take over a month to get them, I asked for a refund and now 1 month after asking I still haven't received a refund and they haven't sent the package either. Customer service is rude and tacky. Run from these theives!!!!!

Ive yet to purchace anything as im very untrusting about quality of material. Upon looking so far using zoom and the reviews ive noticed terrible stitching and FAKE reviews. A certain dress reviewed by 3 different women lol, looking close at the pictures all custumers provided they are the same women in each review lol. Same body, floor, and fingernail polish. So thats a big red flag. Most looked to be honest until I came across a few then started to look closer.So to good to be true?

Horrible quality and even worse costumer service.I tried to contact them several times with no success and you have to submit a ticket to try and i mean try to talk to someone from the company. They have no phone contact at all. Very fustrating when nothing you ordered was what it was suppose to be.oh and let's not forget it takes months to recieve your order. Save yourself from aggravation and don't order from there site.

We have received defective items and returned it as requested. They have received it and never refunded or exchanged. The item was for nearly $40 where they have offered a $5 coupon! Be aware. They are fraud.
