It's a standard shopping app, but I have two major issues. One - Why is there no option to save items I like? Two - I was living somewhere that had a zip code with letters in it and the app won't allow me to add it, saying it isn't a valid zipcode.

Clean app, annoying notifications. The app is very easy to navigate, but the amount of notifications to prompt sales is annoying. Several each day, and I cant find a spot to opt out. I will delete the app once I receive my order.

Its frustrating that you have to download the app in order to track your package, but on top of that, when I signed up my order wasn't listed in my account and theres nowhere to search by order number. I shouldn't have to even log in let alone download an app in order to check the status of my order. The support inside the app isn't great, the message fails to send so I can't get in touch with anyone to find out the status of my order and there's no way to report an issue within the app.

I added what is supposed to be a discount coupon for 15%, but once I enter it, it discounts (not kidding) only 0.79% (I did the math), what is supposed to be an order of the equivalent of $195.66 dollars it only discounts $1.56 dollars. Do you have problems with your math or need to fix a bug? Because this in an insult. I checked,and yes the articles are viable for the coupon. It's the same when I try to enter the 5% discount coupon they give you once you download the app, only gives 0.52 cents

return process is very involved. couldnt access return until the delivery showed completed hours after i got my package. once i completed the return and added required photos (which I've never had to do before), i was given a message that they would review and email me for the next step. the app is glitchy and it was difficult to change my password.

I love the brand! only flaw is their online site and app do not link and I ended up missing out on points and shipping details when I used their site from tictok

Overall the app functions well, but I can't open letters from the inbox it just sends me back to the homescreen and therefore I can't tell what is my discount code

The $9.99 option is actually $19.95. There's no way to get the price that they advertise even if you download the app. Super sad.

There's an international fee or foreign fee if you purchase outta country. From what I saw, there was nothing indicating this could happen.
