The android experience is truly awful. It's basically just a website inside an app that's worse than Chrome.

Recent issue with app. Have to reinstall to work. Originally I downloaded the application and worked a bit slow bit well for a few months. Encountered my first error at checkout. Two days later and the app doesn't find locations and wont continue with the ordering process. To order I have to uninstall the app and reinstall every time I use it. The issue is with the network location permission although I grant that in the app it only works when prompted to add the permission on initial install

This app used to work just fine on my Samsung galaxy 10, but since the "improvements, " the font is now 5 point and breaks into weird columns, I can no longer pay through the app, and it is v difficult to modify any order as the interface looks more like a web page than an app. Really bummed that you didn't consider Android users in your revamp; and yes, I cleared my cache and uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing changed.

The older version of this app was much better when users wanted to modify a bowl. Also, the order status is not always updated, so sometimes your order is ready and you have no idea. That results in salads sitting around potentially spoiling and giving you food poisoning. No thanks.

edit: this is still a problem a year later! just spent 20 min trying to change location, missed dinner, now they're closed. and I'm sick. i CAN'T EVEN ORDER because an error at the location screem. & i'm really uuncomfortable now that itsays "running in chrome". Google is a borderline criminal company in how they track us with our data. and a huge reason i go thru an app is to avoid that! i don't want Google offering to save my password or any of that, so F you for forcing that on us! 🖕🤠

Love the salads! 5/5 for the food. The app is pretty good, ordering is smooth, with location disabled using zip code works well. But two problems with the app. First, I logged in yesterday, why did I have to log in again today? Second, didn't get a notification either day when my salad was ready, but did get a notification asking me to rate my experience. Priorities??

Spent 20 minutes trying to order food before the same day delivery deadline because I forgot my lunch. Even tried logging in through a computer. No luck. Both methods were slow and kept getting errors. I guess they don't want my money. Seems like the company is more concerned about rapid expansion instead of building a solid base and increasing their servers to keep up with demands. Won't bother again. I'll just go out for lunch.

The app is much better, took a little too get used to the new format, but ordering now is much better. However, I do have an issue sometimes loading credits. Not sure if it's my phone, but getting perks in email and then going to the app, they don't seem to show up. Otherwise, I use the app all the time when purchasing in store.

It's quirky/buggy. The "modify" function doesn't often work and therefore you are stuck ordering the standard. (You can call the location but no one answers so you have to text. The problem with that is, you can't get things modified after your order is submitted so you have to have it cleaned up AT the store.)

Absolutely awful app. Cannot check out as a guest and it continuously closes out and/or says your password is incorrect no matter how many times you try to change it. Food was good, but was way too stressful of an experience to order from again.

Can't even add a payment method. Can't add it through browser either, so clearly they have some backend failures.

The app is constantly crashing when trying to register. I get the verification code but I cant actually enter it to register because the app keeps crashing. Poor coding

If you have a problem with an order through this app there is no customer service. Instead they have chatbot that will send you an email with a 48 hour turnaround, so one mistake and you're just gonna end up paying for it.

This app is awful. It is extremely buggy and slow, but more importantly completely useless. The sweetgreen subscription doesn't let you use the $3 off in store and doesn't let you combine discounts nor earn any points. It is the most infuriating app I've ever used.
