"Something went wrong!" "Something is not right!" Google pay method is added but the app don't let purchase. I'm inside their branch trying to get a coffee from the app. The app says this branch doesn't work. It's open and I can order coffee from the kiosk. Never rely on this app. Always prone to mistakes, error.

Lousy service! Apps allow to make pre order and payment was charged successfully. However, next day not delivered and when we went to the outlet in charge, was told the order was cancelled by system!!!! However we only received order confirmation and there is no cancellation email at all neither receive any SMS too. This is a very very stupid system! maybe is sabotage by any staff who deliberately cancel our order! Pls investigate and advise how to return my paid delivery fees urgently

Your app is not user friendly at all. I have been trying to enter an OTP for over 20 minutes now, doing a whole back and forth in my emails, but your app keeps on saying is the wrong OTP. It's honestly frustrating at this point

Worst bunch of programmers. Every time their app gets updated you need to re login with your credentials again. What a waste of time. This is just a food delivery app not a fxxxing financial institution app. I gave this app 2 stars earlier with above comment. Now removed 1 more star. After logging in to my account, all my saved delivery addresses are missing. What a bunch of dumb programmers

The worst most dreadful experience ever,I use this app rarely, and it still has bugs,like the UI. It is very bad,and the app is extremely slow. Absolutely would not recommend.

I think this is unavailable in our area. Still they accepted orders, but the stores are not answering nor initiating delivery. Experience is worse with the app. Their complaint chat (which could be a BOT) is answering in a fast templated manner from the first response until they initiate refund. Time was wasted. Will not use it again. Will order only in-person at drive thru or dine in.

Best app ever! Way more faster to use this than Panda or Grab. Easy to order for both dine in or delivery. Sometimes unstable connection after an order, hard to track my order. But I can see a lot improvements. Deliveries are faster too. Not to forget the rewards you get by using this app.

The new version is very bad compared with previous versions. I can't select the restaurant that I'm usually going too. I can't even use the app to order my food. Only few restaurants that can order thought app. Event I try to submit feedback through the app, the system doesn't have the restaurant for me to select just like I'm going the McDonald's is not recognised by Macdonald. The restaurant I'm going is McDonald's Kampar DT. It forces me to select KFC.

Logging into the app took over an hour after multiple error messages, and after logging in, I realised that this app actually does nothing. Once you click on any offer for more details, it flashes a white screen for a second and takes you back to the same page. In menu section, menu is hard to scroll through and it also tells you to download the app. A proper functional website would have been much better. McD is good at making meals, you guys should focus on that only and shut down this app pls

The deals are great. But what's the point of having an app that no one can order from "delivery only" but yet I can't order from you guys because it "isn't available in my area" but from what I've heard from people I know. It isn't available to any area.

The moment I changed region, the app says my phone does not pass the security check cuz of my phone is rooted or have illegal app. My phone is not rooted or even have any illegal apps. Can't even use the app at all now even when I changed back to my home region. More reasons to avoid this fast food brand now

Complete thrash Zero star , main reward point loss 750 points before and update gone ??? , You want to rob regular customer who use your app and making their points and mine useless 12 months expired date and when I want to use point on the burger or meal I want gone , from games also buggy as hell , rewards missing after you complete the game challenge wow amazing thrash app

Very poor sadly. Extremely slow even with Best Networks. After placing an Order online, keeps on processing. Payment page is the sams. After finishing with Payment anyhow, never shows Order has received or anything unless one goes to his/her emails. Needs some fixing here. Thanks and Regards.

The app itself in general is mediocre, but it provides you with a lot of benefits. That being said, it's a huge letdown that the app does not support Amex as payment option while the counter and kiosk on the other hand does support it which is contradictory.

very buggy app. used to be good, but just keeps getting worse everyday. payment couldn't go through with GPay. tried redeeming points today, points got deducted but kiosk couldn't process and now stuck in limbo.

Awful app.. You enter your contact number and it keeps prompting you do this over and over again. Very frustrating experience with inability to place an order.

The old McDonald's delivery app stopped working and forced me to download the new one. No problem. Going in to place an older but when you click to check out it says page not found. Good job 👏

After clicking the app icon, I get stuck on a page saying Oops! There was a problem getting tha location details, kindly refresh to try again. I have the option to Refresh or to Cancel. Tried both buttons. Nothing works. Fix this Mcdo. Di ko na kayo love! :(
