Downloaded this app about a month ago , and have not once been able to open it. I get a message to "clear the cache" and reopen the app because the app "has a bug." Even after clearing the cache, the app will not open. This app has been nothing but disappointment.

Update ruined the app. I can't even get logged in most of the time. Can't place an order. This app should be rolled back to the previous version or removed from the play store.

App constantly crashes. Uninstalled and reinstalled but still crashes. Store employees told me they hear complaints all day. Appears app was created as an afterthought and company does not want to hire professional coders.

Who among your developers is responsible for this app? Nothing works, I don't stay signed in, I get a "your session has timed out" message when I try to place an order (meaning I have to SIGN BACK IN AGAIN EVERY TIME)...fix it! It's not that hard to get a developer who can get this low level app to work. How do yall have the worst franchise app out of the entire app/play store?? It's ridiculous.

Tried to get on the app to place an order. It kept closing and said it has a bug. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, and I'm getting the same message.

App Crashes!!! I can not for the life of me log in on this app through FB. I'm trying to redeem my free birthday donuts and the only way to redeem is through the app itself. It doesn't appear on website through browser. Absolutely disappointing.

My account is linked with Facebook . I neither login nor reset password . This is been a problem for very long time . Clearing the cache doesn't work !!!

Can't log in through Facebook nor can I create an account with my email since it's tied up with Facebook. Even trying to use the app as a guest is useless as it's just "technical difficulties" on every page.

App will not allow me to order. It keeps disappearing when I click on it. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it does the same thing. I would like to have some one pick up my order, but I cannot order from the app. I'll try calling to place order on the phone.

4/17/2023- App stopped signing in with Facebook account so I can't redeem rewards and now app won't even open. As such I have stopped going to the stores and ordering donuts for the office since I can't get rewards. 9/12/2023 - App still doesn't work with Facebook sign in. When I try to create and account it says I already have one with that email address linked to Facebook sign in so I can't even create a new account with the same email address.

Biometric sign-in does not work. Checked box to enable, Entered username and password, checked enable fingerprint sign in, got a successful message, next time I signed in it asked me for username and password again. S21 ULTRA latest Google OS. From the reviews it looks like you need to fire your app team immediately.

Won't let you check out to get the free coffee day coffee. I entered all the credit cards I have they still say I can't mobile order. Reset password doesn't NOT work. Tells you to enter email ok. I enter the verify code and tells me email field is required. Well if they had an email field I would enter it. I am mad bc now I can't use my rewards since it won't ever frikin log me on. Only reason I have the app is for the rewards

App continues to close on its own. When it is open, I'm automatically logged out mid session/ordering. App freezes and is not functional. Drop down menus do not open.

fix the bugs in this app!! Trying to online order pickup and it keeps logging me out and says they're having technical difficulties. Of course on a day where they have a special.

I have not been able to enter my receipt from 9/7/23 due to the app stating that the app had a bug and to try again once the developer had fixed the problem. I have tried numerous times but the app continues to malfunction.

Instantly crashes on Pixel 6 it worked once, but now it shows a splash screen then instantly crashes back to the home screen. I tried clearing cache, app data, and re installing. Nothing has worked.

I haven't been able to log in via Facebook, so I've been waiting for a fix to the login since I can't change my method without being able to log in. After the most recent update, the app doesn't even open.

Can't login. My login is through Facebook, but it keeps crashing the app. I can't reset my password because it tells me I have to login through Facebook. It's been this way for months. Fix the app already!!!
