The app keeps logging me out I have an auto fill and then I try resetting my password it says I'm sorry we are having high volume. What's the point of having having points if you can't use them or redeem

Won't let me order or pay for food. I keep getting a error on a different cards unable to process payments. Another error says cannot build order. Never had this problem before till now

Terrible app. I couldn't even make an account. I tried on both the app and website. I press the submit button and nothing happens. I make an account using Google, same thing. I tried logging in out of curiosity and it says my account is locked? I wish I could give 0 stars.

So many problems paying with app for orders. When I have it use googlepay it says card is expired (it's not and works elsewhere) when I manually enter card it says payment failed. Been like this for about a year.

unable to sign into the app the last few months, unable to redeem the points that are accumulated over the last couple years. keeps saying my password is wrong. tried to change it but won't accept it. Totally done with Casey's and their app.

Great when it works. A lot of good coupons and deals but at least once a month it logs me out, I have to change passwords, then it will take days to let me log back in. New contest that I can't play at all. Uninstall and reinstall. Change passwords. Try to login through Facebook and Google but I can't get in. Missed days of freebies because I can't save coupons or play the game. Lost another star.

Like the app, but do not like that the tip is now automatically added into the order. I preferred when I could select how much I wanted to tip. It's my money, after all. I should be allowed to decide if I want to tip or not. Half the time I just give cash cause it's easier.

Need to change the redeem of points so it is not chosimg cash or gas, because of this i have oked cash instead of gas, make it so you have to chose before it goes through. Not. Automatically chose cash!

Your app keeps crashing, I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and still CRASHING how you can make an online order when it crashes CONSTANTLY

This app is absurd I couldn't even get past the registration screen bc it kept saying MORE INFORMATION NEEDED - I literally tried retyping my name number etc a few times and still the same...fix this trash app it's a joke, almost as if they don't want you getting discounts and rewards and want you to be stuck paying full price..smh wen speedway 👎

This app is cool for ordering online but you gotta spend your points fast. I've been saving the points overtime and getting 50 Points for each tank of gas but because I hadn't spent my points I lost them all.... That is a Dumb mechanic to the App...

I can't get past account creation. It just gives me a pop-up asking for permission to send me notifications that i can't get past.

Cannot get app to open..keep getting user disabled message. I have uninstalled & reinstalled app, changed password...nothing works. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!! I would like to use the app as it it designed to be used for!

This app is near useless as you cannot access your reward points. Customer service will not help. Uninstalling and reinstalling will not help.

Terrible app. Keep trying to create an account and it asks for "more details" so i put in my phone number and submit and the screen just refreshes. Will not let me create an account 0 stars

Trying to set up an account but when I try to it just says,"need more information" and goes to the optional friend code. Cannot get passed the screen.

As soon as I open the app, it closes. I am never able to use it when I want to. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I also make sure I keep the app updated. Just poor app quality in my opinion.
