The Greggs App is all singing-all dancing, and in our humble opinion, your phone isn’t smart without it!

Whether you want to scan your app to earn free Greggs, grab and go with our Click + Collect service or just browse our menu – we’ve got you covered.

We also have some handy extras like a new and improved Shop Finder to make getting your Greggs fix even easier, no matter where you are. And our Greggs Wallet stores all your ways to pay in one handy place, including the option to ‘auto top-up’ so you always have money to spend in Greggs.

How does it work?

Easy, just download the app for FREE to get in on the action. In your app you’ll get 6 different stamp cards, one for each product category - from sandwiches to sweet treats. Each time you buy a product in a shop or through Click + Collect, you get a stamp. Collect 9 stamps in a category, and the 10th item you choose in that category will be on us.

If that wasn’t enough to make you smile, as a thank you, you’ll get a free hot drink just for downloading and registering on the app. And we’ll send you tasty treats and little surprises, like a free sweet treat on your birthday. Because you know, we’re nice like that 😊

Unable to log in at all. Not working!!

Since a recent update my app now requires me to type in email address then password then I have to wait for a verification code, then type that in before app will open. Too much faffing about.

always in greggs and have spent a fortune in there, scanning the app dont always add rewards, iv never had a reward yet it gets to 0 on each item then my rewards don't seem to appear. Pointless even bothering to scan it anymore, I started walking straight past greggs now and shop elsewhere on most occasions

Very disappointed with the app since the last update I have been unable to top up my account and I see from the reviews so are other people please sort this out as I would make a very good customer if the app worked properly. James

Can't get in. It takes me to the login page, it logs me in successfully, it takes me back to the app, which still wants me to log in. So I go back to the login page and the same happens again.

The app is really good for free rewards. But quite often the app isn't working at the shop. I've lost a lot of rewards because of this.

Absolute rubbish, everytime I click "forgot password". . ..it just spins.....and spins..,..and spins.... And doesn't do anything or go any further..., A week on..... Tried to still log in...... And still having problems..... Saying a server error..... Rubbish

Good idea shame I can't use it. I have an account. I got logged out. I can't log in again and the password reset function does not work just says "The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred."

App has become pretty unusable since the wallet update. Such a shame because it was really convenient to get click and collect Greggs at peak times. Still useful for scanning your QR code for freebies though.

On a constant loop. Have used the app before so have already registered but have reinstalled the app and put in my login details then it asks you to verify of which you get a code txt through. Put the code in and it goes strait back to log in and does this cycle over and over and never get any further😡😡

App logged me out once updated, its not difficult for devs to keep you logged in and if its a security issue enable a 2FA option. Can't even remember what email address i previously used never mind the password.

Doesn't register my purchases a good 50% of the time, so It takes longer to get rewards...

Great rewards great savings, I've never had issues with this app and regularly get free stuff. As I go to greggs all the time on way to work I build up rewards quickly. Probably the one app I use the most.

Asks for my DOB however when I click to add it the interface does not load correctly so I cannot proceed. Also there is no way I can add my DOB by logging in online.

Click and collect is useless. Often out of stock but only told on collection. Blame goes on delivery issues ... More likely orders aren't put aside when ordered so substituted on arrival. Pointless.
