Most pathetic services, these people don't respond to WhatsApp message, send mail from an address on which you can't reply, I have raised request for a call back from there website but they are not responding, they irritate the customer to there limits, very unprofessional and pathetic company. Order from them if you don't care about your own mental peace!!!

When I choose the option from 9am to 12pm, I expect the delivery to be made in that time frame. You made me miss my other commitments by being late. Very disappointing service.

Worse app ever it isn't working it has no data. It glitches a lot without any benefits I will uninstall it I advise every one don't deal with aramex no customer service and you will lose your shipments due to unqualified personal and unprofessional it department

This app caused alot of trouble for me and even forcedly changed delivery address to some random place and cannot edit, remove, or view it!! Primary address can not be changed Save yourself and don't download it!

WhatsApp message says that by downloading the app you will get live tracking, so I installed the app to see where is my package. Found that my package which was out for deliver from Sharjah facility is at Dubai when i looked at their real time tracking. It just says something and shows something else.

Worst app and courier!!! Theyve kept my package for a very long time and their driver was too lazy to call and deliver abd will just put-attempted deliver!! Without even actually delievering! Such a waste!!!!!! I still dont have my order by the way! Pls never use them!

The company service is horrible and completely unprofessional. I have experienced a delay in delivery twice, however the company was aware that I was waiting my debit card and it was urgent. Customer support was hard to reach and the staff were not helpful at all. Regarding the app, it is useless: I could not submit there any requests or complaints. All the necessary information I could track without using the app itself.

It is poor and needs a lot of developement as when i open it, it always asks to create password although i have done it before(no sign in icon for you to login through) and there are no other options available except the Back arrow. When you touch it, it exits the app instead of going back to the home page. Another thing, is that the displayed data about the package is hiding the map underneeth and you can never close it as it distracts the map view.

Worst Delivery Service. I waited whole day and missed important events but they keep on rescheduling the delivery by their own. Helpline is only automated and we cannot talk to any representative. They send link in sms which is also not working. They have wasted my time.

Very bad experience with Aramex courier's. The delivery guy doesn't delivers the package on said location and time. Poor customer service from the delivery guy. I wouldn't recommend Aramex for shipments.

Worst service, my shipment is stucked at a status of Custom clearance, trying to to reach support throughout every channel but they are not responsive, one representative responded to check email for Payment, but no email was sent to me by Aramex, later no response by them after pinging multiple times

For several months now i can't use the app. It suddenly stopped working on my phone and when I try to reinstall it, i get stuck at the verification page as no verification code is sent. It's so frustrating. Honestly when it was working it was good for tracking shipped items. When I contact customer service I'm simply told to use the web browser to traxk my items. Really?
