The company offers good service during the day but at such early hours (5 am in my case ) there's literally no driver who wants to takes us in charge

Hi, I suggest making full profile details for customers, I meant we who want a ride, we must fullfil our details ( name etc ) to protect the Drivers.

I don't understand why we pay an additional 50% because we are four people. I mean, what's the difference for the driver? It's not a taxi. It won't take an extra person in any case. In the past, drivers used to refuse four men at night, and this is logical, but now they refuse you even if you are with your family, or you pay them 50% more than the normal price. The problem is that the normal price itself is expensive. I hope you consider people’s circumstances. Thank you

I needed a ride recently and it appeared to me that 4 drivers were close to me with 2 to 6 mins but they all declined the service ! I needed that ride so bad but no one managed to accept! I mean the pricesare already high but still I'm down to pay for my ride !! Why on earth wouldn't you Accept???? The worst 7q9 Rabi

I changed my review from 5 stars to 1 star cuz I can't rate 0!!! The app prices are extremely exaggerated! You will always find yourself paying more for nothing. The App also doesn't support destination selecting in the map and it has an old map that doesn't cover the whole places in Algiers.

Useless app. Can't manage to get one ride. Just wasting my time waiting for a driver only to get a server error.

I think Yassir management need to assess and select drivers. There are some dtivers who complain or reject some trips because the revenue is very little or because there is a traffic on the way of the requested destination. Also, some cars are not good. I thonk a minimum standard has to be taken into consideration in terns of the quality and the safety of the vehicle. Good luck.

I don't like this application. They don't have cars for 5 people or more, and you can encounter bad drivers as well I prefer In drive more use in drive it's better ( Advice from a family who spent the summer vacation here and suffered a lot of problems because of this application )

It's just fantastic app. By using it we saved our time and money. In addition I wanna say that the most prominent advantage is there is no need to negotiate the price with drivers and this in turn helps in getting rid of all conflicts or misunderstandings that may accur. Keep it up.
