While still a relaxing game, getting a new device and transferring over data is a nightmare. Either the app refuses to load, it crashes randomly, or it just says to check your connection. And if it does happen to log you in, you get none of your stuff or the option to recover it. At least it doesn't completely overwrite the data on the old device, but it's still annoying.

Freezes After Ad Plays. I been playing this game for over a year and used to love it. Now, for the past few months the app freezes after every ad is played. I have to exit completely out of the game and then relaunch. This also causes me to lose any points I would have gotten for watching the ad. I'm beyond frustrated and am ready to uninstall the app and find another one. Since it appears the developer isn't going to fix the issue.

The last time I played this game it had a lot of advertisement. After downloading it today, I see that they finally listen our request. It shows a complete decrease of ads now. Now, it gone back to being exciting to play and not annoying. Thank you Bit Mango for listening. Hey, new players! Try it out to see the new events and puzzles and so much more! I like how I can play this to pass time and it is very addictive.

I absolutely love this game, BUT there needs to be some changes. One is that there are way too many ads. Like every single time I close the screen and come back it's an ad I have to watch to continue game and I'm not even getting paid for them, only to have to turn around and click "watch ad" to earn money, tickets, etc. It's beyond annoying to have that many ads. Then when it can't find an opponent in the league, it just sits there waiting and waiting without telling you there is one.

Too challenging, especially in the beginning stages of the game. I'm not sure if I want to be challenged over a game when there's plenty of other apps that do have the same concept which can seem stupid if there's ads that tries to make it LOOK like an IQ test when it really isn't and all it does is ask you to watch ads for every time whenever you need hints, which also seems ridiculous and repetitive.

The game itself is a lot of fun, but there are SO MANY ADS. Banner ads all the time, and then full screen commercial ads when you open the app up, between levels, and any time you go away from the screen and come back that can be up to 15 seconds long before you can exit them. I'm deleting it because it feels like advertizements the game.

Addictive word scramble. I finally bought the non-free version because the constant advertising interruptions became annoying. One negative is the bit of inconsistency with regard to words they do and don't accept. There are words that are part of the puzzle that may make you scratch your head. But on the other hand, there will occasionally be words that seem obvious but are not. In any event, the puzzle difficulty increases as you play, which is a nice feature.

I love the game and have played it for a long time but as of yesterday literally every single ad I get is a Lending Tree ad and a box to close the ad never appears, locking up the game preventing me from moving on. Even if I click on the ad and it takes me to the website, when I go back to the game the ad is still there and I cant proceed. I have to close and reopen the app after almost every level, which makes me lose interest very quickly! Fix this and I'll fix my rating. Thx!

Don't waste your time! Ads, Ads & More Ads! The game app is way to busy running Ads to let you ever get a chance to play the game. It took forever to open, then they showed 2 examples, then off to an Ad and then a window opened trying to sell me coins. Coins, for what? I had this app for 5 minutes and never did get a chance to play the game so I deleted it. I can think of better thinks to do with my life than be showered in ads.

Update again: Most of the ads ruin the experience. For the last few weeks the keto gummy ad is practically the only ad playing. What is the purpose of the same ad over and over again? And when the stupid ad is finished, an "X"appears. Rather than closing the ad, touching the "X" only takes you to the gummy site. Terribly misleading and frustrating. Like I said, the annoying ads ruin the fun. I can put up with a quick ad that goes away when done. The sneaky ads need to be eliminated.

UPDATE: IT took a while but someone finally helped and most stuff was restored, for which I thank you. It's doing it again. Afraid to reinstall and have no progress again. PLEASE HELP! The force close app msg kept popping up even when not in use. Uninstalled and reinstalled, and unlike in the past, I couldn't restore my progress. I don't know what level I was on, but I had 1.8 million points!! Now it's gone, and I'm being told they might not be able to restore. Not acceptable!Please fix...

Most of the time pushing the option to try to get more points freezes up my entire phone with a blank screen. Whether it's to watch a video or use the pop ups on the game. Very annoying. Fun game but dont even want to play it now. UPDATED: this still freezes up the entire phone with a black screen when trying to earn more points, so UNABLE to send screen shots as you request. Have to remove phone battery to be able to use the phone!

Of the games of this type, I find this one most enjoyable. It's got little quests and stuff you can do on the side but you don't have to do them. It's decent difficulty, and even though some of the puzzles kind of repeat with letters, there's enough a variety that you don't really notice it. I tend to play this at night before bed or on my breaks at work. Limited ads that you can disable very easily. My only complaint is lack of some common words and their use of some obscure words instead.

12/18/22 Recently took a break for a few months and when I came back good lord what happened with the ads???!!! Used to be you got to play a whole level, then an ad would pop up that you had to watch for thirty seconds or so. Now I'm the middle of trying to play a level and 30 seconds in I'm taken to a website for an ad that was playing at the bottom. Didn't even click on it. I tested this multiple times. Never used to be like this please fix it.

Great game, I've been playing it for a solid few months, now at level "Pastry Chef" but, any time you select "watch video" to spin the wheel again or to get more coins, it just gets stuck on pending. You literally cannot tap the back button and will have to close the entire game out and start over to get past that screen when it gets stuck AND you lose the extra spin/coins you are supposed to receive after you watch the video. Been waiting for that bug fix for quite a while.

TOO MANY ADS. I'm fine with a game having some ads. This game has ads after every level and it's two ads in the same minute. If I change screens on my phone or pause the game, I'm slammed with ads more. This is a great challenging game otherwise. The amount of ads is a headache though and a huge turn off. I had to uninstall the app. Please fix this so the game can actually be enjoyed.

It's a fun game, but the ads make it almost unplayable. After ever level there is an ad. If you leave the app on the background to do something else, there's an ad. I get when you offer a free game there needs to be ads for the developers and whatnot to make money, but this is ridiculous. Especially as half of these ads cause the game itself to crash which means you have to close the app and restart it. Smh

I love this game & the way it's set up! It's addicting lol. I love that I can choose between classic and different holiday themes! Earning coins is easy & they add up quicker than you realize. The levels are great, not too easy where it would be boring, but not too hard where you get stuck every single time. The only thing I wish they'd add is definitions of the hints in the help section. I tend to forget which hint does what so it would be nice to have a place to look where it would tell me.
