Love that half the time in this app is spent sitting thru ads. Unless of course you pay 5-7$ PER MONTH for an ad free version. It's become a waste of time

Glitches, crashes, errors, slow play... If this was a free play app I could forgive some of this, but many of us PAY monthly or yearly to subscribe to this app. The developers consistently over promise and under deliver. I feel bad for their helpdesk employees because of all the error reports they receive, but it seems the developers have no real interest in fixing this game so that it can handle the player load.

Worst Song Pop version to date. You must pay or watch ads at every single turn just to have access to categories. Some are only available with subscription. Great songs and flawless play. But just a money pit.

The game is different than classic but can be fun IF they actually took time to fix all the bugs. Sometimes in the middle of a live party there will be no options to choose, songs might overlap, might get booted, or team spirit doesn't even work. Also get the lovely slow connection although you're in a great WiFi spot. Oh and let's not forget how many times it won't let you access your team chat or tells you that you don't have a team to join one for 5-10 min. Submitting tickets is a waste too

One of my games (opponent) is completely frozen up and we have not been able to continue the game. I've tried to uninstall/reinstall the game but have had no luck so far.

Love the idea of the game but one would think with so many people playing the devs would be able to afford some professional help in getting rid of the glitches. Especially considering what you are charging us to play ad free

Lots of glitches with tasks etc. Frustrating to pay for something that has so many problems. Can't even report an issue as that just opens my email and then crashes. Which is a shame as I enjoy the game in general.

It's a good game. Enjoy it. Sadly at the moment the notifications are broken. Have to keep installing an old version to fix it. Phone then updates it and breaks again.

I've always loved songpop but it's too difficult to play this version when all you get is mostly ads or the insistence that you need to pay for everything in order to play. If I wanted to do that I would've spent the money on an actual $60 game then a free one. And judging by quite a few of the reviews for both Songpop and Songpop3 I guess it was a good idea that I didn't waste my money. Apparently when you pay you get even more glitches and problems.

Would be nice if there would be time showing when is the next live. If you are otherside of the globe, there is no idea when is 12 a.m. Also something going on with the the notifications.. asking to give a permission but it's not possible. At the moment game also keep crashing.

App won't load anymore . Won't go pass the start up screen. Canceling subscription and just going with the classic songpop. No sense in paying when it doesn't work.

I'm playing on a Samsung S22 Ultra with software One UI 5.1 and Android 13. I'm not getting ANY notifications. Is there a way to fix this issue? I've googled it and I've even uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. When going into the all permissions, the "Notifications" category isn't even there. Help?

Love the game concept, hate the way it runs. Just a few minutes ago I had a terrible experience participating in the live show: everything was going well until one song didn't play at all, but the timer kept running. The same thing repeated two more times in one show. Meanwhile, my internet is 90 Mbit/sec. What was the reason for the glitches?

This game has a lot of problems that don't seem like no one is fixing..I'm a paid subscription and it's awful..live shows always crash...then when there's a festival mission or an update problems..I couldn't play for 5 days due to them adding a festival..then I report problems the generic support response.. uninstall and reinstall the app.. submit a ticket then it takes a couple of days for a response..they don't listen to paying players

Yall need to really fix problems or don't connect to Classic for points.8/30/22 FIX YOUR LIVE SHOWS! I won but no gems & says no winner from team. I didn't get ghosted or have to revive,was 75 then changed to 66 winners at score tally so others didn't get part of pot either. Every day there's issues with LIVE SHOW! And I can't report a problem through the game,so I'm doing it here, reimburse me somehow,I've lost out on gems too many times bc sound drops or choice doesn't register,etc.

After getting pro (10 bucks a month. High cost for simple game). It still shoves "offers" in your face when you boot it up. Requiring 6 or 7 taps on the x button. To get rid of them all. Thank God the x is in same spot mostly. If you want a game to pass time. Download Runescape 3. Way less predatory.

This game is unplayable. Can't play with friends cz it lags and doesn't find em. We had to send a link otherwise it was impossible and even when we picked a song already, started the game after, the match was all of a sudden gone. My device is brand new so the issue is not that. 1 star cause I can't actually play neither my friends, too bad I cannot put 0.

No bigger issues so far, no freezes or other glitches I read about in other reviews. Usually I'd criticize the amount of ads (one after every match) but I'm assuming copyright to the songs costs a lot, which balances out the amount of ads and the monthly/anual plans. It's surpsising how many songs and artists I know still even though I no longer listen to the radio but only to my own playlists.
