I have had some of the same issues but it's been a lot better but idk if it's my device or connection but I have had some missing items but the game support compensated for the issue but I'm still iffy on maybe like 2 or 3 things missing

Money grab. Seriously, there is no options for watching an ad to gain anything free from ad generated revenue. Its all buy or don't play. Ruins the experience and makes gaming tedious and boring. Would rather pay for a game one time and have free options than continuous microtransactions that aren't micro at all. Makers like you ruin games.

It's like a kid version of slot machines. The "story" progresses as fast as the chances allow you to. There's zero skill in this game so much so it has an auto function. The only thing this game will teach your kids is how to get hooked into going to the casino and wasting money.

What's the point of allowing us to increase use of energy if you prevent from doing so most of the time. The game is alright other than that. They upsell you in game purchases very very harshly (idc if it's because the game is free, to make it promote like 10 things after just checking your boat for example is very annoying. Plus you can only get shield for 1 hour top no matter how often you get it. The game can be bipolar sometimes.
