So far I really like this game. Definitely the best one I've come across of its kind. I just wish you could get through a story a little quicker.. I feel like playing 60-75 rounds to get through one story instead of 100+ would be more motivating to play even more. Also, I've never opted to pay for no ads. Does the $1.99 get billed monthly or do you need to pay that fee every time you log in? If so, (monthly) how do you cancel it?

After playing to a 400+ level, I deleted the app. As you advance, the number of coins stays the same making it take way too long to advance.👎👎 What's with the numbers needed to complete the level going up from the initial numbers needed? 👎👎 Overall, I didn't mind the ads, but this game needs an overhaul of the problems expressed by many in the reviews. If you choose to keep everything the same no matter how many of the same complaints you get, I choose to stay away from all of your games.

Downloaded this app and loved it. I could not put it down. When I got to around level 50, the game started getting glitches. It locks up in the middle of a tile screen, runs ads you can't X out of, which causes a need to completely close the game and hope to start over. Sometimes there's no starting over. You can close the game and try to start over, but half the time you can't do that either. Guess the developers have devised a way to discourage players who won't spend money to play 😕.

WARNING: DON'T DOWN LOAD, This game, when you get to the upper levels will cause your phone to stop working. It's dangerous to the health of your phone. Pros: lower levels great graphics, smooth game play. Cons: Around level 38, crash, the game play moves so slow a slug would be more interesting. The puzzles are not very hard, game play very repetative, even a MORON can beat the puzzels without help.🤔🤔🤔

This was a cute app. When it first started it would take 15-20 rounds of the matching screen to "save" the folks in need of help. By the time I got to level 300 or so, now it's taking over a hundred rounds to "save" them. It was very engaging at first but now it's just become a grueling slog that forces you to watch countless ads or spend money for the "extras" which I will NEVER do. So long and thanks for all the fish. If you know "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" you know that quote.

Not the best game I ever played but I like that the story challenges seen in the ads are immediately there when the game starts and not some bonus content that you either have to pay for or can't play until you reach a higher level. I really hate it when I download a game only to find out yet again that what I seen in the ad is only bonus content. If something being presented is bonus content it should be advertised accordingly.

26 match levels, for 1st level. 58 match levels for 2nd level. 80 match levels for 3rd level. I cannot keep going, I thought it was going to be simple, like advertised. Get the window first, followed by the fireplace, then clean, there is added stuff like light fixtures and cleaning the people up, which you would think they would be happy to be warm and cozy. The puzzles are intreauging, but it makes me less want to reach 100 levels, when there is extra levels in addition expected to do.

The game is fun. Unfortunately, the fact that you're matched against a list of bots for the cup challenge makes it less desirable. Same, exact list of 50 names every challenge, and there's always one "player" a point or 2 ahead of you. It's unfair to claim pvp when it's actually pvb. I played a couple of hrs a day for 3 days and reached level 200, so the puzzles aren't hard, but you need to complete 100+ to complete the story in later stages. It's pretty misleading all the way around.

I love this game! I've been playing it for about a month, and I'm on level 425. It's ridiculously simple right after the tutorial, but then gets interesting soon after. What I love most about this game is the fact that I can solve every level relatively quickly. It's challenging, but not discouragingly hard (when a game becomes impossable for me, that's when I uninstall it). It is extremely relaxing and enjoyable. The ads are absolutely not intrusive compared to most games. Great game!

The game is fun and challenging but not so hard that it's discouraging. However, the levels do get harder you do need to earn more stars to pass the level. The discouraging part comes from only earning one star per level. It would make more sense that if you solve a hard level you get more stars. For example easy level = one star, medium level = 2 stars, hard level =3, and super hard 4. I see that other people already complain about this and yet nothing has been updated. Might uninstall

Ads aren't all that bothersome, the constant reminders to come back and play setting my phone off all the time is frustrating and annoying, to the point that I've had to turn off notifications for the game or it sets my phone off every two hours. You may want to do something about that. Otherwise the game is fun for relaxing.

Reducing initial 4 star rating to 2. It's a fun little game, BUT--the Breaking News ad that comes up EVERY time you opt to watch an ad to get an extra space for the tile bar, freezes--EVERY single time. You have to close the game to get out, and that costs a life.👎Also, as the levels get more difficult, why not reward more than one star--especially since the # of stars required to complete tasks in the stories increases?30+ puzzles to complete a story is a little over the top, methinks. 🤔

Needs more stars per level considering how many stars are needed to complete each task in the help section of the game. Needs a "Next Level =>" button, because having to go to the home screen after every level is ridiculous. Needs an option to buy stars with coins if you're not going to increase the stars per level. Ad after every finished level past level 50. Ad free version is pretty cheap, at $2.12/USD including tax. Gameplay is smooth and graphics are pretty. All in all, 3.5 stars. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The animations are great and so are the sounds and song! I'm on level 299 and the tiles changed, different pictures on them! It throws me off! I don't know why they don't use the same tiles over and over and put them to more of the beginning so people don't get thrown off by them, the tiles are green apples, lemons and red raspberries, I hope I didn't forget any. I haven't experienced a pop up ad since I was on level 230 or something like that, it was great! Now I'm getting like one or two ads.

Very sick and tired of ads screwing up the game! Just totally freeze it! Black screen! I've lost A LOT of points because I have to close the app and go in again to play. I really, really enjoy the game otherwise. One of my favorites, so please fix this issue and I'll change it to 5 star review!

Well u guys had 5+ stars & I got pretty far, it was fun, it passed time & even had challenging levels. Then all of a sudden if u die or there needs to be a 30 sec (break) to win ur spot back in, u watch an ad. BUT if u show an ad on a black screen With NO ad it freezes up ur phone completely. All u can do is maybe wait 30secs. & maybe the back arrow will take it back 2 game. If not u totally hav to start over from beginning of start game. That's messed up, there's no reason it should be freezin

Not bad, but not what I expected. Puzzles are the same game after game with no real strategy, just luck of the draw Maybe they get more challenging? Idk. I've grown bored with the ease and the amount of same puzzles needed to clear/fix a room. I's not a challenge, just a waste of time doing the same thing 30 times per round.

I really like the game a lot, but it crashes constantly. Every time I finish a level, my screen goes black, and I have to close the game. I don't get the money I earned, and I have to play several times to finally get another star. I'm at level 1188, and it started crashing last month. I stopped playing for 3 weeks and started playing again, and it still crashes.
