Worst experience ever I've created an account but when I try to log in I can't because error appears and I tried to reinstall and recover it but also very weird errors appear looks like a programming mistake or something else and I tried toake a new account but same thing happened the app inside is pretty slow. I don't recommend it (Edit) I've installed metamask again and the tried to recover it and it's finally worked and everything is going well till now

I like that this wallet allows me to access and save up decentralized crypto, but the entire layout is a little complicated. I wish it were more simplified, easy to understand, and that it wasn't so cryptic with everything. I understand that it's high security, but I'm always afraid that I'm going to lock myself out and lose everything.

Update: the issue was resolved. This app is glitchy and has the potential to lock you out of your own funds, even if you know your password. I've contacted the team, they are now aware of the issue, but are yet to resolve it. I will change my review if their updates fix the issue.

Every once n a while it stops taking the password or fingerprint and can not log in with anything. Absolutely terrible experience. Being locked out is the WORST

Would have given 4 or 5 stars but since the App crashes numerous times I'm forced to rate at 1 star. I was forced to uninstall it and did the rigorous task of manually importing all tokens including testnet tokens which takes more than a week. The customer support doesn't respond after numerous emails reporting the issue.

Terrible! Nothing works right. Couldn't get past the security phrase. Waste of my time....I was excited about purchasing but this ruined that for me!

Too many problems with this great App it needs major overhauling, please work on the contract addresses that doesn't show chart's, sometimes it changes the accurate price of a coin please work on it

Very bad user experience not able to register, for developers check the input regarding to save password and confirm password. Not expected behaviour happening on regostering page, kindly see to it :)

I'm a big fan of Metamask wallet I even recommend it to people but recently it has been having some problems that are call for concern. I can't withdraw, the system keeps telling me submitted. This is really bad, last time I could not view all my tokens simply because I could not scroll down till the end

Maybe it works better on a laptop but on my cell phone it is near torture. Trying to detect difference from Duckduckgo browser which I prefer. Wallet usage is a learning curve I have yet to master. Somehow it connects to PayPal in buying crypto or PayPal is payment method. I still like holding crypto on PayPal but realize it is held by PayPal not me as they have the keys. A stock like RIOT seems better than holding crypto directly

I will have to decrease my rating to one star or less if possible. This is the third time in two weeks that the app just gets stuck with no ability to enter it, it just gets out after one second!! This is really annoying! Now I will need to delete the app and redownload it again, and then a hell of work to add the networks, test networks, websites to favorites and hundered of tokens one by one; that's one full day work!! Really annoying and disappointing...

This app just became the slowest app I've seen in my entire life. I literally can't use metamask on my galaxy s10. I'm not sure if the dev really tested this app on real mobile device before releasing into production cos if he did, he might end his programming career to go look for another job. I wait 40 to 300 seconds for every click I make on this app, lags like, A LOT!!!!!

Update: Okay, so the issue was with my keyboard. After changing into my default keyboard, now I could easily entered into my wallet. Thanks. Cannot type any character into the password field. The issue persists for many days without any solution. :(

App functions very fine and is user friendly. Please I have been trying to hide or delete account. It is available in most other platforms. It will be a good one if you can include it, so that one can hide/delete accounts the way it is in Tokens.

Metamask is working great on my Android phone for about two years. Tip: Close and re-import wallet if balances don't show up. occasionally there are glitches with balance display, but transactions and signing works, especially with experience. Good Luck!
