JOIN EVENTS AT YOUR STORE
Quickly and easily join limited and constructed events at participating local stores. With Magic Companion you can easily find your next match and be notified when a new round begins.
How to participate in an event with Magic Companion:
1. Attend an event at participating local stores. Find one at locator.wizards.com
2. Open Magic Companion and select JOIN EVENT
3. Enter the Event Code provided by your local store.
4. Find your first matchup and get playing!

Tracking event play is now easier for stores and easier for you. Check event standings, get notifications on new rounds, report your match results automatically, and use a built-in life counter to chart you play.

I would rate this app higher. Since the most recent update whenever I open the app it asks me to view the privacy update. Please fix this ASAP because it is a inconvenience when I want to use the app. For when I want to use it to enter the code and reopen it to check my pairings for each round.

buggy, slow, constantly logs you out. WOTC could do it correctly, chose not to.

App constantly asks me to agree to their new privacy policy but then takes you to a website and doesn't have an option to agree Then when you open the app again it asks for you to agree to the new privacy policy again. The appp signs me out every 30 minutes or so, so during tournaments I need to sign in every single round. Buggy as hell and seems to get worse with each update. 🦀🦀

Would rate it 5 stars, but recent update to the Privacy Policy means that I have to click the stupid link to the policy every time I open the app and I haven't found a way around it. Very annoying. Please update. That policy isn't new anymore (somewhere between two weeks to a month now).

The app is okay, but the built in Gatherer isn't great. I can find cards from the LOTR set by name, but both the normal set and the Commander set aren't listed as an option. Additionally, as a lot of these cards have accent marks they won't show up if I use a non accented version (like typing Nazgul instead of Nazgùl)

Currently, upon opening the app it will always force you to open your browser to look at their updated privacy policy, of which you can't acknowledge. So every single time you open the app you will be forced out of the app to your browser to their site and then have to go back to the app to use it. Someone is really bad at their job or they are purposefully using it as a really awful way to obtain some site traffic. Either way the problem needs to be fixed.

For a multi billion dollar company, my 3 legged dog could develop a better app. It is diabolically terrible. The only reason I use it is because I have a gun to my head and the wellbeing of an African child is threatened if I don't. This app is right up there with such wonderful things in life like adulting, sitting in traffic, being cut off in traffic, ANC corruption and perennial electricity supply in South Africa. There is no option to offer less than 1 star. I would if I could.

very buggy. wouldn't let me quit a match and kept asking me to login at the same time. card search is useful but a bit broken for stuff like vehicles

Has become a buggy mess unable to remain logged in between rounds and sometimes needing a full reinstall before you can log in again.

Trash app. Very buggy. Continual problems signing in. For 2 week period, every time I touched the app, the privacy policy came up.

Frequently loses connection to server. Asks user to review privacy policy way too often. Asks user to re-sign more frequently than necessary. This software is an unfortunate necessity to play MTG events.

The life counter is nice and I like the ability to find card stores nearby. The only thing I don't like is how bad the card search is, for that Gatherer is just a better system.

the app could have some bugs fixed, it's required to participate at FNM, and you will have to uninstal, and reinstall the app from time to time.

This app just needed a big update but the data base won't include any of the new stuff. It's rather frustrating sense I love deck building

Not sure if there is a way to fix this but was not able to find events in Canada using the search bar. All of the search results display locations in the US.

For months this app will freeze or log you off multiple times a tournament. If frozen, you need to log out and log back in to get it working. It's becoming unusable.

The commander damage tracker has improper player placement when trying to track life totals for 4 players, but looks correct when setting life totals for fewer than 4 commander players.

It's cool to search cards on the app but transforming cards usually just have an alternate art instead of the other side and some cards just aren't searchable especially the street fighter cards.
