The free shows are amazing but every 5-10 mins they cut it and make u watch 2-4 ads each episode, so bothering..let me enjoy watching the free ones in peace.

I've accepted that the sports package is priced at an *additional* 700 aed a year, that's fine. Sports packages are expensive. But to lock the full HD resolution for many shows is just repulsive greed. There's no excuse for that. In addition to that, both the phone app and smart TV app are awful.

A problem appeared recently. When streaming to TV, the foreword and backward disappear. I can only stop the play but cannot move forward or backward. Before the app was excellent. Please fix it as soon as possible Thanks. Update: 6 months since the problem was raised and not fixed until today

Actually, the app stopped working .. It keeps loading, and it's never open again . I reinstalled it, and it still has the same issue

Horrible,attempted to create an account several times,it seems like Shahid is straight up stupid,"invalid" "invalid" "wrong" are just about the words I'd read,I wanted to subscribe and create an account first,but this stupidity kept me from doing so,please fix this

Latest version of App as of 1st Sep does not move past the 1st screen and despite 5 emails to customer support with all requested information, they keep asking for the exact same information over and over again without any single feedback on issue resolution

When I want to renew the subscription, a red window pops up saying that there is an error. Please contact customer service.. I used to subscribe by phone... Please respond.

Even if you have downloaded any content, the app will consume your mobile data unless you turn the network off. I have to start with off mobile network when I play a downloaded content then after a while I can switch the data on to avoid data consumption! Is that really necessary?

Bad customer service/scammers I want to cancel my subscription 6 months ago but in vain they're still tooking my money every month,many emails sent but nothing done it is hard to cancel a subscription i don't think so but they love stealing peoples money i dont recommend it to anyone

I do not recommend the program. I subscribed to the program, and I was watching movies on Aiwa smart TV, but the problem was in the remote control that did not emulate all the program commands, so I updated to be surprised that the program did not open on my device With a message that the device is not supported, I contacted a representative in the company and he said that the company canceled all the unsupported devices, and that means that I lost the program on TV and my money went to waste
