A lot of manipulation and social engineering againts clients. For instance, you can check-in not earlier than 24h before flight. So they will send you a reminder to check-in *25h* before your flight. So when you follow the link from email, you won't be able to check-in. And, of course, they will not send you reminder within 24h in a hope you'll miss to check in in the app. In the airport they will charge you more than the cost of your flight just to print the confirmation. Zero stars.

Works nicely and saves you a lot of time and trouble to manage your check ins and flight schedule. On the downside, has way too many ads. (Not app adds, they're part of the actual experience but come on...) Update: Since a couple of months gives message: " can't retrieve your booking" while it clearly displays my booking code. Makes it just an advertisement spam board. Good job 👍. Reducing to 1 star.

App is in denial. Keeps telling me the flight is on time, the airport tells me the flight is delayed. All i am looking for is correct information. Incorrect information is incompetent. If I can't trust the app then I have to delete it.

Unless app. Tried to check-in 4 times and reserve seats. Was charged but the payments where declined. 3 different payment methods used and all failed. In the end used the website with no issues. Check-in was missed for 1 due to this.

Generally works quite well but be very careful not to tricked into buying unwanted products such as unnecessary extra baggage space or insurance. It can be frustrating how the seat allocation automatically splits families up just so that extra can be charged to claim specific seats. Purely pointless profiteering!

This is scam airline, they sell low fare ticket but that's just ticket only, another everything details you all need to pay, if you buy their tickets from third party like skyscanner, booking, trip, etc, you dead, they will tell you to they don't have sales agreement with third party and they don't accept your booking, so they ask you more & more money before your flight, they sent email to you everyday twice ask you pay more, and they even can cancel their flight no any reason. It is worst airl

Now just a one star. Change flight without any fees? Not true. You will always pay for baggage and priority again even you already paid for it. I wanna ask, why priority and 2 cabing bags is putted together with reserved seats? €26 one way? Before €14 one way. I don't want reserved seat and I don't want to pay more for priority than for fly ticket. Nice tactic, how to take more money from customers. Also constantly delayed flights. Today again. Not recommend these airlines 👎

Terrible app, terrible service. Never use this airline. There was no mention of a paid checkin anywhere, due to a slow app I couldn't do it online and I had to pay 55 euros extra for the ticket just to have it printed out and allowed to sit down. The front desk couldn't help me with this. NEVER USE THIS AIRLINE!

I tried to check in before my flight, the app kept crashing every time and told me nothing about how to proceed. Less than 2 hours before my flight I tried to check in, the app told me I need to update, I updated and tried again but it is already too late to check in. I HAD TO PAY EXTRA €50 TO GET A NEW TICKET AND MY BOARDING PASS.

I will never ever use Ryanair again, they are just thieves. But I tell you my experience, because it's "hilarious". I bought my ticket 3 days ago. I did it so many times, I know how to do it and I didn't check my itinerary when I received it by email. I looked at it today, and found out my booking had a different surname on my name😅 it's ok, you can edit your name for free within 48 hours after your purchase. After that? You have to pay a fee. Mine was £115, when my flight was only £100 🤣🤣🤣

Hello, Why ryanair android app bills more than the web page in the browser? Example: 99.33 euro the app gives vs. 89.83 euro the web page does for the same flight the same fare. No explanation is given in the app, it just suddenly increased the price. Your company is asking to remove the app from a mobile by doing business this way. Best regards,

Lots of upselling and unessesary notification to check in when it is too early to have a free seat. I like to be able to travel without luggage. The App does not update the flight time when it is delayed. The delayed flight seems to be a recurrent pattern.

Incredibly unfriendly! 1) cannot retrieve my booking because of 3rd party, although was forced by disagreement between the agency and Ryanair. 2) Bought the tickets using my account for an adult (who fears technology) and lives far, but cannot do the online check-in for her. Even though I paid for the express service and was willing to pay for her check-in, I cannot. 3) I tried to contact for help which was impossible. EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE service for a trouble caused by YOU AND THE AGENCY!

Application has extremely poor user interface. Buying multiple tickets with different options is very confusing, looks like they are just forcing customers to buy extra options that are not required. One of the worst apps I was using

there is no problem with the application. but I would like to draw everyone's attention to the fact that this airline easily extorts money from you and does not return it. and if you want to write a complaint, it won't let you.the most disgusting airline I have ever met. if possible, don't answer the amount, the price is the same as the others and maybe the others are cheaper.

You have to pay for your seats or take the lottery. There's no free seat selection even on the day before the flight. There are too many steps to go through to book or check in. It could all be done on one page. If all goes well on the flight that's one thing, but if there's a hitch, and they do happen, Ryanair offers no solution ever. That's why it's the world's most hated airline.

Scam!!! App doesn't work properly, keeps on charging you for quick verification but gets stuck in a loop when trying to scan passport. This app costs you money and gives you nothing. Avoid!! Edit: even more SCAM because they refused to check me in at the airport. AVOID!!! Use another, more reliable airline!!!

Keeps trying to trick you in to paying for extra things. Gives you notifications to check in, makes you go through the whole process putting in information, then it turns out it's too early if you haven't paid for seats and you need to start again from the beginning later (unless you want to pay money).
