It was fine at first but then whenever I got a book the app crashed and I had to restart my phone to get in and after that I have to wait another 3 minutes to install a 10 page book, so to read 10 pages I had to wait 25 minutes.

App needs work, descriptions don't show up, pages won't let you zoom in and scroll. There's probably other stuff too, I didn't use the app long enough to find them.

I can't even sign in... I really don't recommend this app at all. I have asked for help so many times and there's not even an answer. If you want to download comics get a free comic reader and download everything online.

I had the app and got so frustrated with the problems in the app along with that the help department doesn't fix whatever the issues are. Not worth the time it takes to install the app.

Took some time to get used to the panel zoom feature, but it helps to slow down pace and engage with the individual panes more.

The app crashes almost every time I try to use the store. And more importantly it says an issue is .99 and the app store charges 1.99, that's straight up misleading customers.

Love the app and the comics. Everything's easy to use and buy - but i miss a wishlist. When I browse and find something I won't buy straightaway I would like to save it. Am I missing something?

Reading a comic works well. The app needs a way to organise comics. Needs a folder structure or something similar. Scrolling through lots of comics to find the one I want is a pain

Kind of sucks to use, honestly. I spent 88 dollars to buy all of trigun and I've resorted to just reading it in my mobile browser because the app interface is really tedious to use.

The app isn't really the best and it takes a very long time for it to sync with my Dark Horse library. Even though I've purchased a book I've seen it take it even a day for it to appear in the phone app.

Reached out to Support, but got no response. Can't even log in. Honestly, I spent a decent amount of money on this in my iPad and IPhone, and now I just get an error when I try to login. Disappointed by this company. "Unable to contact servers"

creating account went smoothly but once within the comic the transition from page to page is infuriating. it just doesn't work properly. it's buggy as hell.

Catastrophic app, since day one it's been like this with no change. It's not loading content, try to open anything in the store, and it takes an eclipse of the sun and moon to happen. Is the wind blowing east, is it Saturday, maybe it might open in orbit.

I would love to give 5 stars. I love Dark Horse Comics!! I cannot give 5 stars.....I run my account on both a Samsung Galexy S10 and an Alcatel Pixi Unite. Most of my downloaded comics will not load properly. It seems that panel view and page turning are very unresponsive. Please update!!!!

Literally can't seem to download or access the comics on my account. App crashed twice before I could even try to download anything then I get a white page. Useless in its current state, hope they fix it.

I'm trying to download your comics but it won't let me. It keeps telling to check my connection,however, my connection is fine. You all are losing out on soooo much money because your app doesn't work. You all need to hire someone who knows how to build and app.

Woof! This is really glitchy, hard to navigate and very unreliable app. I was so excited to see Dark House with a mobile app but they really have a long way to go. DC and Marvel's apps are leaps and bounds better.
