Not easy to operate anymore. Trying to put in dollar figures and it backs out before I finish. Nothing works like it did. Updating my review on 3/22/2022...... Now I can't itemize hotels on my phone. I have to get on my computer to do that. It was so easy to use when I first started. Every time I update something gets harder to use. Frustrating.

Constant loading screens (a loading screen just to load a list of expense types) you can't take a picture of a receipt before entering an amount, as if there NEEDS to be an incredibly specific manner in which you fill out an expense, mileage won't add more than one trip per report and won't update to be a single expense if you try to combine them. I would give this zero stars. I can't believe my company is wasting money on this garbage. I can do this faster with camscanner and excel by hand

Three years ago I loved this app as it always worked. Now I haven't gotten even basic funcionality in as long as I can remember. It's totally useless. Can't add or edit receipts or expences, and I can't find a support number to call. Please fix this app as is used to work great for snaping receipts while traveling. Now I'm back to collecting paper receipts and organizing them after a trip. Annoying.

The new "integrated gallery" feature is absolutely awful. You can no longer browse different folders on the photos app... Specifically screenshots of receipts that anyone almost always accesses solely on their mobile device (like Lyft/Uber). Huge oversight in my opinion. Edit to address the developer response: I maintain there is no way to "share the screenshot with the app" as suggested on a mobile device, but welcome any guidance and proof that I'm wrong.

Truly pitifully bad app. Crashes every time I attach a receipt or switch into it via multitasking. You can't use it offline (an app largely used by people TRAVELING doesn't work offline?!?). Redoing an itemization of a hotel requires one by one deleting each night and doing it all over. It's SO SLOW in its loading of everything. The list goes on. Very disappointing.

Has terrible load times between menus, has lots of trouble finding the correct items in a search menu unless I type it in for a third or fourth time before striking gold, and frequently boots me out of the app when it has too many commands to think about. Frustrating to use. Good thing I only have to use it once a month.

I have to go between my phone and computer to do an expense report which makes it very time consuming. Credit card charges that are not pending take days to show up in available expenses even with constant syncing. You can not give a picture a name to make it easy to attach to an expense when it finally shows up. It would would be great if it left the dollar amount in the foreign currency. I would rather go back to paper expense reports because it was less time consuming and easier.

This app keeps crashing when trying to use receipt capture mode. The camera will not focus and is constantly changing the focal point. It is very nerve racking. I have tried deleting it and reinstalling. Same thing. All necessary permissions have been granted. I hope you will dig into the latest revision and find the bugs and fix them.

Extremely buggy. Says it's saving expenses, but they never come up in the list -- not from "upload receipt", nor "quick expense", nor from adding within a report. There's nothing quick or easy about this app anymore (although it did used to be alright a year ago), it is literally easier to take photos with my phone and upload them to my computer and add the expenses there.

I hate this app (on the latest ver of Android on a Note20). I am required to use this vendor because it is what my employer requires it. I was able to enter 1 expense. I tried to enter a 2nd expense and it throws a generic error that I can't dismiss. I had to use a desktop to finish adding expenses. Also, entering the data for each expense is tedious. The worst part is entering the expense amount. The cursor starts at the end of the input and when I enter a digit, it enters it at the end and the keyboard is dismissed. I have to click exactly on the screen in the exact digit location in the input in order to enter each number. Also, you can upload pics of receipts separately but you can't go back and associate a receipt from the app. You still have to dowonload/re-upload a pic of a receipt to the actual expense. I'm sure there's more but this was just my first time using it. FML

I am having the same issue as many. When I take a picture of a receipt, I choose ok, then it asks retake or use. I choose use and the app closes and does not save receipt. Clearing cache occasionally works but many times I have to power down my device and restart. This use to never happen but over the last 6-8 months, it happens all of the time.

Camera Problems? Enable Auto-flash Top Right, Day or Night! I have Android, and I was having all the trouble many reviews talk about. When I returned from summer vacation I decided to take the time to upload the receipts right away no mater what. To my surprise it didn't take all that long, I think 3 min. was the longest. The only thing I did different was I turned on the auto flash, and noticed it flashed once even though it was a sunny day. I did not upgrade but it is very different. Before I had to retake each receipt up to 5 times, then when doing 2 or more it would crash when I hit next. Mine works great right now, so please, Don't make any changes! I have seen many amazing software programs trashed by improvements. As if they don't know when to quit, Please don't be that company! If you must press on, leave Concur as-is and branch off, call it something else. Thanks for Fixing it! Regards, Mark

After three years of using this: 1. Slow 2. Can't hang on to receipts when you photograph them due to poor compression 3. Often cannot connect to the internet Overall, these guys need to step up and make this a usable app for people on the go. It's meant to be a replacement, but at this point, I'll just hang on to the receipts and upload them a week later when the app works for some reason.

This is app is horrible. It is inconsistent at best. It dies not accurately document addresses, set to auto, It does not always get the mileage correct. And now since I had to update it I cannot even open the mileage part of the app, not to set for capture automatically and not even to enter mileage manually. So it is completely unusable now. Edit: I contacted you through the website and didnt get a response for over a week, closer to two weeks to be honest. And no one fixed anything.

Used to be a good app, now it is more painful to use the app versus logging on to the full site. The app is pretty much useless now as you cannot do anything without it locking up and then crashing. A real PIA...now only real use is capturing receipt images, everything else is easier and less frustrating on the full site. Would give lower than 1 star if I could.

This app drives me crazy. It works great on desktop, but the Android app is so incredibly slow to recognize a receipt when shared to it, and it usually takes multiple tries to attach a receipt to a report... And that's only when it shows I have a current report. Often it doesn't show a report in progress until refreshing a half dozen times. Update: months later and it's still lousy. How can such a simple app be so terrible?

App has gotten worse over the years. I have an android phone and it worked great for years. Over the last 6 months or so I've had a lot of issues: - Can't attach images to an expense once I've added them to the receipt store. - If concur doesn't recognize the accurate expense type initially then you can't save edits on the expense or add attendees. This is especially the case for "business meals attendees" expenses. I have to go onto the desktop to edit now. The mobile app is becoming useless.

It rarely works. More often than not It will not show the open reports at all! I prefer to enter receipts with the laptop and switch to the app to do the pictures of the receipts. when it works it's fine. Today again the app says there are no reports to show. So I sign out and back in and/or uninstall and reinstall until it works. Sometimes I just wait a week and then it might work. please fix this app.
