I tried to add twoo different bank cards..but Fresha doesnt accept both of them. Natwest&Nationwide either not good enough. Why? I do not recommend to anyone.

Everything about this app is great except when you try to view upcoming appointments. Everytime I've tried to look it gives me an error message and says yo reload app. Even after reloading app it still gives the error.

Forces salon clients to to use their standalone in app calendar which means no sync with phone cal. So backwards.... Such an easy fix to sync with cal or email ics files. Loads of complaints for 3y now. Nothing ever improves.

Unfortunately ive had to uninstall the app as the fact for several days as the app seems to have a few problems and isn't showing all my appointments and for some reason its changes my picture to my old one. As a result of it now not showing all my appointments ive not got to call up about a couple of my appointments this really isn't helpful and and not the first time the app used to be good not any more

I cannot say customer service is bad, because it's basically non existent, they charged me for an appointment i already paid at the venue, so i basically paid twice for one appointment, then they never replied to my emails for refund, which is the only way to reach them, I'd give them negative stars if i can, they basically stole my money!!

I think this app is great. It's so easy to use . Like that I can make my appointments for just about any beauty service in the Fresh and also pre pay for my appointments. It has a detailed list of all past services I've had done and the remainders are very helpful.
