It used to be somewhat okay. With the new UI, I can no longer see my data spending grouped by day. Now, I see a lot of information that is very chaotic and irrelevant. Very slow too.

Had not used the app for a while, and on starting today found it now *requires* account registration to work at all! No option to skip this. The app worked just fine without it - appalling decision to harvest our data.

Simple and easy to use. It auto renew which I dislike, as I like to renew it myself on my own time - but auto renew can be turned off; however it always turn on again and you have to ensure that it's turned off everywhere or else it stays on and auto renewe. Am sure some people like auto renew but not me. Disappointing features about the App is that it needs the Internet to work, it would be better for it to work off line.

The previous version was one of the best apps I have used, loaded instantly this one takes about 10 seconds and I would say is one of the worst apps I have used! Why display usage in MB, GB is far clearer?

Best mobile sim app I've used, but buggy where it counts. I can check and top up my balance or 30 day plans, but most of the time when I do a PayPal or credit card top up or purchase it hangs, making you think it's failed or still in progress when really it went through fine. I've accidentally added a plan twice before as it messes up in the payment successful stage, so now I check my emails to see if it was successful or not which I shouldn't have to do.

Decided to give this a one star. The new app is sloowwww to start and occasionally freezes on startup that i have to force close it and restart again. Since updating the app yesterday it has been constant a problem. WHY? WHY? WHY screw up a previously, perfectly working app?

What on earth has happened with the updated version of the app? Glitchy, doesn't recognise your login details. I can't even login now, absolutely useless. Very disappointing considering I found porting over to Lebara such a breeze & hassle free. For goodness sake, sort it out. Frustrating as hell

App was updated recently and now i cannot even access my balances. It just gets stuck on the welcome screen. If it does go in by some miracle it shows nothing. Uninstalled it and reloaded it again still no luck

New update doesn't work. I can't even log in, the app rejects all the verification codes I receive via text. I tried online and had the same problem. I already reset my password. I cannot renew my plan.

Updates now: new software is crashed, thw old one is much better Previously Enjoying it! Awesome with the new changable feature (don't need to contact service to change my subscription plan), really flexible for each month now, good job, keep it up!

Not as good as before not liking this new update app was brilliant before it gave you all the correct info about your account in a clear consice way this new one is confusing two sets of figures for data all you need to know is how much you have left also the call history is terrible now it gives you no info about when you made the call like date and time only you made the call a week ago but when.? No point to that if you need to prove when you made it ole a month ago but can't give the date

Brilliant keeps you updated with account and let's you make alterations and payment October app update has problems very slow to load anything. Constant message of network not found.. Update now working ok back to quick loading info and no network message. All seems fine

Latest update does not you to top up without logging into a Lebara account that I did not have. I registered, but now I can not link my number because when I enter the OTP code Lebara send me, it is invalid. I can't link my number neither on the app or desktop. I can see Lebara loosing thousands of customers if they can not top up anymore, like me.

Unable to log in. Newest update has messed everything up. Please fix asap. What have the developers done. Were they drunk rolling out this update!!!!!. Update 21/10/23 now keeps turning off automatic renewal on my plan. I have to turn this on manually every time when manage my plan!. Have emailed support but as usual no response. Time to leave I think. Sort this out please and where's the dark theme!🤔🤔🤔

Downgraded app from a decent clean app to effectively a website with a homepage link. May as well have a bookmark to the website. On top of that its slower to load and shows the login page for a few seconds before actually loading in.

The latest update is very slow, doesn't show the extra data, doesn't show the expiry date of the bundle, not sure what's the purpose of such an update, it's just far way worse from the previous version

Went from a dark-blue themed, smooth, intuitive interface to a white and baby blue, clunky, overly big UI. Also since this update, loading time of the app components has increased noticeably. Cmon guys, who let the intern push to production without supervision? :))

This app was working fine until the October 2023 update. I can no longer login. I had reset the password twice. Uninstall and reinstall. All no good. Please test before rolling out. The app finally kicks into life 12 hours after installation and password reset. It is very slow.
