I'm unable to register an account, at the last step it keeps on giving me a notification to "download the latest update" but the app is already on it's latest update! Please look upon this issue.

The last update has transferred the app to become the most effective app in the whole uae ever. It's very sommoth, brilliant, easy to use, updated and fast! The brilliant thing I dramatically liked is the updated by second feeds from social media channels of Abu Dhabi police. You guys have made a huge improvement over this app. Big thanks, Really thanks.

I try to register and it keeps putting me back in the Google store. It tells me "Please don't put space in user name" . There is no space in my user name. Then I click OK and get put in the Google store🤷🏼‍♂️ I have now tried deleting the app and installing it again. Same thing continues to happen.

Worst experience and worst application, most of the times it crashed...since lawt night trying to pay my fine but all the time either general error occur. Please solve this problem asap. Thanks

For some reason It kept showing error occured. The number registered is not mine. I cant view my profile. It used to be a good app until it log me out and cant log in again. Tried resetting password but no luck. Please fix this.

Iam not been able to login. Even i did password reset still its not taking new password. Why it is been made so complicated ? In my phone i have app so why so i need to login all the time and login is made so complicated. App also crashes multiple times. Please fix it.

It is user friendly but it needs improvement on map. It only shows in Arabic and takes very long to load regardless of having good wifi.

Honestly this is a VERY good application. I am really impressed. Very well built, organized, convenient, user friendly, covers everything and super fast. Good job AD police! Great quality!

One of the worst goverment application I've ever seen in UAE. I forced to pay a fine and got black points, for a fault I've not done. Abu Dhabi police don't respond to my claim. Their relation to others is only one way, they never response. I hope at least someone form police read this message, because I have no other choice!

New version is working now. This is an excellent app, definitely the most useful govt app, and the new version looks great too. It wouldn't work at all to begin with but it's now fixed and working well.

Have tried to register to the app but after entering my emirates id, the next step is choosing mobile number, unfortunately the number that i find there is not mine and i can not edit to write my correct number! So i couldn't register my account successfully. Help fix this issue please. Thx.

I can't renew my driving license, when i tap to select picture it shows select from gallery i also tap on it then it says give permission to access the photos, even i gave all permissions to this app.

Today is the first time I've installed this app. I created my account which was cumbersome because it said i had already made an account (for which i had to reset pwd cus I'd never made one in the first place). Anyhow after creating my account, i type in the password /pin, its loading and goes to my phone home page! In short I'm unable to open this app!! Plesse fix asap as i need to book my driving test.

Since the update, cannot login, choose the picture questions cannot be completed, new pasword comes but does not work, please help me to use this very important application, thank you I received a call in 24 hours and given detailed information. The application works fine again. Thank you very much

Open file process pop up error everytime. App doesn't work. Website doesn't work. How are we to use "e-services". Good old fashioned drive to abu dhabi. Only way to get anything done.

I was expecting this app to be full of bugs and not very user friendly but boy was I wrong.... Great app, intuitive navigation and overall a positive experience so far.
