Compare to other digital banks this is great bank. Account opening was smooth and painless. Great support, and super nice website (both are none existing in most other digital banks). Many ATM machines and sponserd by Mashreq bank, a trusted bank. The mobile app needs improvement. there are some glitches but not a show stopper. that's why I deducted a star.

Poor customer service it hard to call your customer number ,and my friend deposited money to my account it's say it's debited I received message but in my apps the transfer money is not showing

It's the worst for me now.. I've visited to Dubai internet city branch, no one helped to sort out my mobile banking app issue. New customers on boarding process is disappointing with your app, I have tried thousand times to log in and l reset password, every time error message showing incorrect details or invalid message. I know my user name, account number, card number and everything. But nothing is working for this app

Worst experience, I redeem cashback points for my credit card and it was reflecting positive credit in app, I paid the rest amount on time. But with in couple of days I got call from recovery department to pay the rest amount (that I already paid by redeeming cashback). Now in next statement they charge me late payment and over-limit charges lol. On the other hand customer support is another issue you need hours and panalty of mobile credit to register a complaint. Definitely not recommended.

Not recommended, you will not get cashback from normal hypermarket shopping. Be careful with your payment dates, or else you will be charged a large amount.
