Worst app I've ever used. The app kept on asking me to login every time I tried to book something... Wow, similar reviews even before June. It's October. Still no fix?

One of the worst app and support. Want to retrieve username or reset password still need irrelevant information that does not allow user to proceed.

Both Asia Mies and chrome app are latest version and downloaded from play store, but when I tried to log in the app always ask me to download the chrome or firefox.

I got logged out and cannot logged in, none of the methods work and i even reseated password. Still not letting me in. Don't trust this app, u will lose your asia miles!

I could able to access asiamiles UI through PC browser(chrome). With the same login details i could not able to login in mobile app. This app have a bug

The latest update doesn't work on Android, just frozen on start screen. This was fixed a few hours later

Used it for a long time, however it has been detected contain Malware virus. After uninstalled it, a warning message pop up while reinstall it. RepMalware is detected by Avast security.

Stupid app. U could not really reclaim your miles since u will never be able to complete the form on the app. The selection is not complete.

Good app but still found bugs and still disappointed with carrier surcharge for redeeming miles. Look at Singapore Krisflyer that doesn't do fuel surcharge. You get money from miles already so why are you still asking fuel surcharge?
