They responded to my review, not with assistance but by saying "we'll take it under advisement". I only wanted an opportunity to download the city tour on my phone instead of mt my tablet. It's only an audio file, no cost to this company.

Absolute waste of money. Multipass tickets purchased. First venue didn't apply the next set of tickets and zero response from any emails/phonecalls. Over $100 spent for one venue. VERY disappointed. Will not refer to a friend and WILL let friends know about my experience. A very poor system to purchase "experiences"

The worst app I have ever experienced in my life. Will not except paypal payments for whatever reason. I have made at least 7 attempts to make payment using the paypal option and have not had any success. I'm certainly not entering my card info on here. i feel this could be some type of scam. Now Im being told that its a payment verification issue, however paypal has verified that they can see where my payment was processed. This is sounding more and more fishy. I am deleting this app.

I was disappointed with my Tiqets experience - the tickets I bought for museums and the Duomo in Florence implied I would be skipping the queues to get in, but this was not the case, and we still had to queue for over an hour in total. The person who provided us with the tickets could not provide us with any additional information as she was not affiliated with the app, so I feel like I've paid extra money for very little

I bought ticket for the Transport Museum for the same cost as the museum's website provides but they provide it as an annual pass but tiqets sells at the same price but only valid for a day. I know I should have read the conditions in detail but since the price was the same I never thought that would happen. I don't see why we should buy tickets from this app. I could have got the full year pass for the same price if not bought from tiqets.

I booked a ticket for the Lovre Museum including an audio guide, that was an app that I could download from play store, it never worked, I sent them emails regarding this and they replied when the museum was almost closed. I asked for a refund because I even sent a picture on which I showed that the app was not working buy they didn't care, they tried to offer a discount in new purchases. Why I will buy again in a company that doesn't care about their customers? they didn't even reply again.

For one, forced use of app to manage tours sucks. Then one tour I booked I had the worst customer service I've had in awhile. Some highlights:my tour accidentally cancelled, incorrect directions, and manager that was absolutely awful and rude (even took my picture without permission). It has been 1 month with no follow up from Tiqets (they said 5 days, then ignored my follow up emails). Yet they quickly replied to this review, with a complete lie that they responded or offered rebate. For shame.

Horrible app which directly makes you pay with policies not indicated. Your credit card info is automatically populated and search optimisation is superb. It is the first thing that pops out when you search for attractions in Singapore, with a big buy ticket button so prominently displayed. Will definitely delete and block this app.

Beware of this app. In case you are eligible for refund you can forget about it. Due to a technical issue with the app during purchase of 2 tickets I had been approved refund of one ticket through chat, by customer service. Several hours later I was surprised to receive an email denying the refund. I would stay away from this one. There are plenty of others

Worst App Ever! Thanks for the experience Tiqets. Never ever had this kind of an experience in my life where I had travelled all the way to destination and came to know that the tickets has been expired. I Ordered 3 park tickets last week and selected today as the Visit date. When I went to the park and showed the tickets, the tickets are already expired. While checking with Park Authority, it seems that the ticket has already past the visit date. The issue is that there is some issue with the app and visit date was automatically selected as purchase date. While checking with the App, the tiqets team casually says that there was some API issue on their app and we will refund the money. How easy was that for them to provide such a feedback while me and my family had to face all this hassle. I request everyone to please dont book any events from this app or get ready to experience the unexpected.

great price was easy to navigate the place alot of different activities night and day. definitely recommend to purchase both light show and the day pass together if you have the opportunity and able to afford it of course. made the mistake to purchase both light show and day pass separately. don't make my mistake and save $50 bucks.

erroneously purchased wrong way for train - cannot change date or reverse direction b/ c I didn't buy cancellation part. direction of train had been predetermined by my inquiry and the notice of available - BE CAREFUL

UPDATED: no reply after their nice reply here. Stay away from this company, they sell tickets which they can't guarantee, I was left without any ticket for colosseum when tickets were not available anymore, even buying 2 months in advance

would be zero if allowed. The office hours were not stated until I received my tickets. the office will be closed before we get there by train. their answer was: no refund, no reschedule NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Nowadays most of the bookings can be directly done with the actual hosts/operators. Tiqets provides a big 0 after sales support if anything goes wrong. Also, I noticed that I had far better and smoother experience when I booked directly and got better seats/better treatment. Not to mention, they do useless additions to tickets to create an attractive looking package but when you book the same thing directly, it is usually much cheaper without any of their added non-sense.
