I cannot get to the music list that I have created on Amazon. This app sends me through a vicious cycle which gets nowhere.

⚠️⚠️⚠️I am an artist, I want to put my first album on Amazon, but it seems impossible HOW DO I DO TI UPLOAD 8 SONGS ??????!!!!!!!!!!!! I downloaded the app but its just asking for my name to search but I've never put anything on Amazon music before, no duh ! He can't find me. But I insist I want my music in Amazon HELP HELP HELP!!!!

The shitest app ever I applied for my artist account and yet I am waiting for it since 2 month is that what you call a service. Proffered not installing this application and waste your data and time on it.

I keep trying daily but my bands name does not appear on the list. Our music is on Amazon music but every time I type our bands name into the search I get random bands names but not our own.

Update: Now that videos are viewable in App will we be able to get an Upload Video Option in the Artist App to compete with out YouTube!? That'd be 5 🌟 Awesome can now change artist photo in app!

Can't claim my artist profile, the Instagram link takes me to Facebook instead, they don't have a option for my distributer, can't contact anyone regarding my claim, Very bad app and service.

I can't find my artist profile even though my music is on there and yet on the likes of Spotify etc... Who have all let me claim my profile. My music is connected with different artists who have my name on amazon music for artists and I am furious because I have even requested 3 times in the last few months for them to create me an artist profile yet they continue to ignore me. Awful service and terrible experience so far.

every time I try to select a backdrop image.. it's not going further and returns to the default page..it is frustrating.

Waiting on review process, so only commenting on the sign-up. Seeing a lot of reviews complaining of not being able to get the "Submit" button to work; make sure you've added your "Company" info into the first field. It took me a bit to catch that, even though I was warned in the CD Baby email!

Feel like you have to reopen the app afresh each time. I cannot set songs from this app as my ringtone or alarm tune.

Who ever made these changes to Amazon Music should be fired immediately. It seems Amazon is self destructing like most big tech companies eventually do, always trying to fix what is not broken to increase share value at the expense of customers.

The Spotify interface allow for more interaction with playlist and controlling content. This is a good start.

Haven't had issues so far, the app is actually works better for me than S4A's one on android. Great for analytics plus i can add a voice message for my fans that'll play before my song does.

Will this app ever really work... Seems to be going backwards in its development... It is just an app for amazon to say we have an app just for the "how things look" narrative but the reality of its use is, it is just a cardboard cut out of what it is suppose to be... Useless

It's good for nothing! Unlike Spotify that let's the artist to engage fans by creating playlists, updating photos, etc, this app is completely useless...

This is an absolutely awful app. I can't claim my artist profile. Their links don't work and the only distributer they work with is CDbaby. Besides I don't know anyone who listens to music on Amazon. Awful app awful support

It functions.. occasionally though there are bugs here or there, but on the whole it works well. Definitely clunkier than Spotify's dashboard

Poor comprehension of customer issues was my experience. Also poor direction of the proper department to solve an issue. The representatives were outright Incorrect about the issue I had and provided an answer more in line with wanting to dismiss the phonecall than to Actually help. Multiple times reps weren't knowledgeable on where to direct my issue to. The emails all appear to be automated although they are signed by what is obviously not a real person at the bottom.
