it doesn't work about half the time , or there is no signal in the store. After changing the website, I can no longer print out my list, and am forced to attempt to use this app that rarely works.

The app works fine except occational sync issues causing coupons not to be applied. However, the Rewards section runs into "technical difficulties" at night quite often and if you decide to email customer service, no one will ever respond.

I love the app it's mostly easy. I always have a hard time finding this one reward part but in general I rate this app so highly bc it can be. A lifesaver letting you know about deals (if available) that can massively help your budget. For example fresh food bogos🏆

I'm not sure why they can't combine the rewards and deals app with just the regular shopping app. I hate switching back and forth cause I can't search for product on deals rewards app that aren't on sale. Frustrating!!

I hate the new update, everything is bad in it, first it asks me to sign in every time I use the up! second your list has categories not pictures to what I put in my list! I dont want to enter each category to see whats on my list! I loved the old one I am not using the new one anymore ,I have to write my number and get a code Everytime I sign in! no thanks.

To the people who get 1002 error code, please change your system language to English. I've tried many times and finally I found it is a system language issue. Give 1 star since it is already 2022 but the developers still don't know how to fix this issue.

Selecting fresh salmon from the display case in League City, a store employee, Amie- assisted me in downloading the App and utilizing it for the purchase. I would not have known about the extra discount had a wonderful lady behind the Meat & Seafood counter not mentioned the additional $2 off per lb. with the digital coupon. Every bit of savings helps me maintain a healthy diet. The savings allowed me 20 individual meals! Wow! This is what GENUINE customer service looks like. GET the APP!

Doesn't work/run on my cell?? Asks for a zip code.. entered it many times and all I got is a blank screen.. back to the zip code page.. The app was uninstalled 7/14... today, I reinstalled it again. Ran it "et voilà" it worked. I gave it only 3 stars as the app got me frustrated.. other than that, I'm hoping I'll get best deals... and more shopping at Randells..

Most confusing / non-intuitive app I've used in ages. All I wanted to do was change the rewards number associated with my account, but this app acts like there's no such thing as a Rewards Card - no mention of it anywhere. Ridiculous.

Any app that I'm logged out of that still uses battery is a no-go. When logged in it appeared to track my location. Using it was annoyingly awkward. My phone got unresponsive several times recently and this app showed battery use while no other app did. Uninstalled seconds ago so we'll see how that turns out.

I really liked the "Just For U" tab where specials on things I purchase often appeared. Other great features were "New Deals", as well as "Expiring Soon". The latest update took all the ease out of these features & made it hard to find the coupons to "clip".

I dont like that this app tracks me (I get notices telling me Safeway, that is, Randall's, is tracking me. Also I cannot find an item in the store using this app. I can only add it to my cart. That was my experience, anyway. I am looking for a way to stop tracking, else I will delete app altogether.

This last update was a bad idea. I cant add offers to my card. When I do, the app says theres a problem loading it bc it's no longer available, or expired, when there are still days left clearly marked. Taking forever to start the app. Stinks. I really enjoyed the ease of this app before.

It didn't work in the store, the manager said she thought it was a problem with the wifi there. Now at home it still doesn't work. Cant use a prior account, or create a new one.. Their error message says go to customer service but doesn't say how or where. Useless and frustrating.

Scrolling through list items is a laggy mess. Every Individual list item starts a blocking call to the API to get an image, and the whole app freezes until the image resolves, for EVERY item. The developers need to make each item asynchronously fetch data without it freezing the app.

This new Randalla app is not as easy to use as the old one (2 or 3 months ago). It is confusing and half the time to bogs down when I am trying to use it. I even had the checker try to help and she too was having trouble. For me, the more you keep trying to improve upon something that didn't need improving, makes me wonder what Randalls motive is. Are you trying to discourage the use of computer coupons? The confusion in using this new app is not helping the shopper.

Worse app ever. It worked fine until it made me do a force update to use it. Once I updated the app, it just showed a blank screen and on top a randalls and its logo. I cleared the cache, no difference. If the app's update goal was to push away customers, it worked! Great job!

Since they've changed this format, the app is worse than ever. I updated less than a week ago and had to update again before I could even use it. There are constant updates. If you're not interested in delivery or pickup, it's much more difficult to use than it used to be. Albertsons really needs to invest in some focus groups to make this a lot more user-friendly to make it a welcoming app!
