I don't like this app. Seem like wifi is required. I turned on wifi, and the messages were shown "error... Please try again later". Then I tried to turn off wifi, I see there is no messages. Psychic person was ok. She typed fast, but often put in "busy or offline" status.

I'm from Kenya. There's no option for it in the the billing drop down. PayPal doesn't work it reverses the transaction immediately because of the billing country. Hope u guys will update and add more countries to your list like kenya:(

This app is waste of time and money. All the money I added to talk to someone went to waste because the app kept frozen and the chat kept closing. Its better to go on the webpage and talk to someone from there I just spend $20 without a conversation. I'm so angry

I like this Keen on the website, not sure about the app though. They're really great psychics. But there's a few that are extremely rude. I'm not sure if the woman had a bad day but kept acting very rude and short with me. I am hoping she's not like those weird vindictive types and hex ppl. I get bad vibes from her and wish I never consulted with her. Also another woman was very inaccurate and said things that were super inappropriate like far off. That made me sick to my stomach.

Wasn't very impressed with the so called medium I got. She just told me that I needed to be more specific. How more specific can you get when you ask is something attached to me. She just had fish hook responses and wasted my money and time. I was very detailed in what I had asked her and she just dismissed or not even recognised what I was talking about. Seems like any old fool can be a "medium" on this app. As long as you have the funds they will talk to you. Rubbish

I have to give 1 star because apparently it's the only way to get attention and contact keen. Because tried to add funds, it was said there is some problem. Tried to contact - gave me issue again, because of the phone number. Tried many different ways but unsuccessfully. So tell me, how can I actually use Keen??

Psychic was completely lost from the beginning.. was just fishing. Talking in riddles, and just gibberish. Pink something was her name. Like she wasn't even trying. I ended it early cause it was painful to continue with the charade. Was very hopeful, but just another load of... I'm sure psychics are real, but this one was just clueless.

I would give this app a 0 if I could. My gf has been an advisor with you guys for 3 years and had a very high rated account; this morning she received an email saying that she was terminated, only listing the article in TOS where an account can be terminated for any reason. This is an AWFUL way to treat your high rated advisors & it's no wonder that all the ratings you guys have for anything BUT the app itself is below two stars. For shame. Ruining people's livelihoods and not even saying why.

The worst app i ever used. The readings that where done are far from accurate very misleading and i am starting to believe its just alot of people pretending that they can do readings. What a waste of money.

Its a struggle to communicate. The conversation is constantly being interrupted by a distraction machine voice which makes it harder to understand the message! Its an hassle ... I wasn't pleased with my experience 😕

Worst experience.Feels like even I can study some course and join keen as a psychic. The reader was talking about herself and her beliefs and I was like I am not paying 6 dollars a minute for you to talk about yourself .She didn't really have any real knowledge on many topics.I have tried keen three times . Giving up. If you really feeling alone and need someone to talk use this as therapy.That's all.

🔮 I'm very much enjoying this app so far and I haven't even gotten my reading yet! I had an issue with funds and my first attempt at a reading and all I did was submitted not satisfied with their satisfied guarantee promise and I was INSTANTLY given a credit for the amount. I am extremely impressed! I would definitely recommend them just for that sole purpose alone!!

I bought the 10 minutes for a dollar 99 to try it out have dialed out about 20 different psychics numbers and can't get anyone to pick up the phone

Okay my experience with keen has been alright so far. But I've been having issues logging back into my account. Is there a way I can get in. I have called customer service and emailed ingenio. I have yet to get a response. I have changed my password and my account says disabled.

I am confused. I attempted to sign into Keen Psychics via app and the message keeps popping up "This is the outdated version. Make sure you are using the updated version and try again later". Meanwhile, when I went to check on updates for my apps, Keen Psychics app was last updated on Feb 7 2023. Please fix this.
