Description of SCUBAPRO LogTRAK 2.0

SCUBAPRO LogTRAK 2.0 is the mobile dive logbook for Android mobile devices. LogTRAK 2.0 allows you to download and analyze your dive profile data on Android-based mobile phones.
This App is compatible with SCUBAPRO GALILEO HUD, GALILEO 2 (G2), GALILEO 2 CONSOLE (G2C), A-Series (ALADIN SPORT and ALADIN H dive computers) and the Aladin Watch Series A1 and A2. To interface with your dive computer, you’ll need to enable Bluetooth on your Android phone and set your dive computer to BLE READY mode.
LogTRAK 2.0 is the perfect way to view your dives, keep them organized on your mobile device and easily access them wherever you go.

Brand new to this app after just buying a G2 Dive Computer. As others have said, can't get past the registration stage. Apparently there was a verification email sent to me, but no mention of it. By the time I found it and clicked on it, I got a msg saying it had expired. When I asked for another verification link to be sent and clicked on it, It said that I made too many attempts and was locked out 🤷‍♂️.

The App is not detecting my Aladin Sport Matrix Wrist Dive Computer. It is Paired on my Phone, but the App does not detect it

Known dive sites are Not loaded on location map it makes it hard to put in location.

Ok so the email verification is fixed and you can add certifications so those who have those complaints should have their poor reviews taken down. Thanks scubapro team for being on top of it!

Can not even log in to try the app. I've installed and Uninstalled multiple times to no avail. Thanks for the quick response. I uninstalled the app, re-downloaded it and tried again. It won't go past the the sign in part. It just spins and never loads. Hope my input helps you get it dialed in.

I like the option to add certifications. More course options would be cool like Nitrox etc. However I gave it two stars because no matter what I try, I can't get my G2 to sync with the app to download my dives. All my firmware and updates are current but it won't recognize my dive computer.

This is an improvement on original logtrak. However I would still like to be able to view my dive details from my PC. The details are in the cloud, but no way to view from a connected device. The connecting and synchronizing is not that intuitive from the app.

I can't get past the email verification step. I click on the link in the email, it brings me to the app listing on Google Play in my browser, when I assume it's supposed to redirect to the app that I already have installed. The app keeps saying "your email address has not been verified." I tried clearing all data, uninstall/reinstall, same issue. If I could verify through the website instead of the app I might be good, but it seems that's not possible.
