The bracelet is good for setting alarms and timers. However, it's timeout setting on the screen makes it useless for checking heart rate, blood pressure. It doesn't sync to its app very often so the sleep logger is useless, and it's impossible to use the app to track heart rate and blood pressure. After the last app update, it started displaying advertisements suddenly. I really recommend finding a different fitness tracker which hopefully had better consumer support.

I just like everyone else on here having the same problem. When I first sync the watch to my phone it worked perfectly, but it wasn't until I had to fully charge it the second time is when I noticed the difference and since then, it has not been right. I've tried uninstalling the app several times and resetting my phone by powering it down at night just so it would work perfectly. Neither one of those remedies has work. So does anyone on here has any caveats to try and make this thing work.

Was working fine now it won't do anything! The sleep has always been off on the app. It doesn't automatically take heart rate or blood pressure only manually. You cant set it to take it at timed variables or anything. Now it has stopped syncing to my watch all together! It won't let me change the background anymore either! I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times!! Don't waste your time!

Won't Pair to Device The app worked fine two weeks ago when I first downloaded it, but now it won't bind to the watch, rendering the watch useless to me. I've tried uninstalling and reinstating the app, and I just can't get the watch and the app to pair and sync. My phone sees the watch.... But nothing is happening. The date and time are totally off unless the two sync. I really don't want to have to throw this watch out even though it was inexepensive, but looks like I have no choice.

First, there are no ads. App is easy to use tho a bit quirky trying to look at a different day. The "move" every 60 minutes was great until it just stopped working. Heart rate and blood pressure readings are fabulous, as well as having steps on first screen. It lights up enough I can see to get up during the night. So, still LOVING it! ❤

Until the last update on October 18th the app and band worked great for me. It would record my steps into the app without any problems. My sleep patterns were recorded and everything saved within the app with no issues and I didn't need to do anything to make sure the information was saved. After the app update on Oct. 18th 2019 nothing saves to my app. My steps are never recorded within the app. No sleep data. Nothing. Even if I try to manually sync my data it is gone moments later.

Since the last update, there's been a major sync issue, time won't update correctly and desyncs too much. Why was this updated without testing fully, I will never know, test before you send out an update! Edit: I have found out by now that the app takes way too much RAM and battery, this whole app needs to be taken back to version 1 and rebuild from the ground up with developers who actually know what they are doing. This is pathetic, wished that I can use a third party app that is better.

This app almost Never syncs with my device! And when it does, once you charge the device, it wipes out the sync connection. My opinion, stay plugged in... Wireless connection devices ALWAYS fail, just like this App and Fit-Band does. I can not spend 30-40 minutes each and every time to bind or sync a device. Just a waste of my day. (This App and Fit-Band is only useful if you are a cellar dweller and are never more than five feet from a router.

Just received the watch/bracelet and setup was very easy. My only complaints/suggestions are 1) I would like to sync the steps etc with my Google Fit app, 2) the height in feet is buggy (you put in a decimal between 1 and 99 instead of inches, and if you put in 1-9, it resets to 10, 20 ... 90) and 3) the steps seem miscalibrated because I've racked up over 1000 in 30 min just inside my house.

I had to look up online how to charge it. The instructions are not very clear I am still trying to figure out how to get the music icon to work. Sleep mode isn't correct Heart rate isn't that accurate neither is systemic Weather is accurate along with time I can't keep my background picture displayed because each time I sync it disappears. Over all I wouldn't buy this again. I've always wanted to own one of these but not now.. Steps are WAY off as well..

App needs work if you ask me. I have 2 frustrations with this product. 1st, if you walk far enough away from your phone with the watch on, it will disconnect from Bluetooth, but the watch doesnt automatically reconnect when you are back in range. You have to manually reconnect through the app. 2nd, there needs to be more options for notifications from your phone. Calendars, Snapchat, or any other notification should be able to alert your watch. change these things and you'll get 5 stars

Needs to show time in 12 hour format. Mine doesn't show a sleep time. Alarm needs to vibrate more than a few seconds. It would be nice if incoming caller ID showed longer than a few seconds as well as incoming texts, waistband vibrates but before you can look at it the incoming info has displayed and is gone. It gets a low rating from me, but than I realize it's an inexpensive product.

Ok I'm going to try it again. I uninstalled the app again a week ago because it would crash but it wouldn't close or force close or anything. Very frustrating. I also discovered that the HR and BP on here are not accurate. I set it on my nightstand & hit the button & it found a pulse and BP. 🤔 But the steps seem to work pretty well. I like that I can see who is calling (when it wants to work). Fingers crossed. We will see how long it makes it this time before I have to uninstall it again.

Decent, but not stellar: Pairs great with both a Yoho Fitness Band and an m3. The biggest downside is that if the device crashes/reboots, step count is reset, whuch carries over to the app, and that's inexcusable: the app is the cumulative log, it shouldn't ever reset without a user prompt telling it to. I'll keep using this because the devices are cheap enough, just don't expect the same level of app features and functionality as you'd get from the popular brands.

Basic, but you get what you pay for. Tip: if yours came with military time and you want to set it to standard, tap the sensor button at the bottom. When the time comes up, tap and hold your finger on that sensor for about 5 seconds. The numbers will change color to show it has been changed. I like my smartband!!

This app and the watch is awful. Don't buy into their fitness tracker "deal". I had to keep "binding" the watch to the app all day. It never kept the current information. Sleep tracker didn't work. It would change the time from a twelve to twenty four hour setting off and on all day. This was all in twenty four hours of setting it up. Don't waste your time on this.

Update: The app doesnt connect with my watch. it says its bound but my watch doesnt register it. Happens all the time, ive deleted app and it synced then few days later it stopped connecting again. This worked for me, rather than just deleting the app, i went to settings and forced quit the app. And it refreshed it, and connected the app to the watch and it synced everything just fine. Hope that helps, would be great if it just worked right in the first place.

Just got my tracker. I like the features a lot and am enjoying them, but I don't like the app constantly running. Even when I do a "force stop" it comes back on after a few minutes. I better not use a lot of data because my plan doesn't have unlimited. If it does use a lot of my data, then I will have to throw the tracker away!
